I have been shopping this site since it started and have made many purchases. I've experienced their bumps & glitches while trying to perfect their site & their customer service. BOTH have been greatly improved. The site has better detail, orders are accurate & customer service is no longer robotic responses that don't apply to every situation. They seem to be looking@ each inquiry.
Every order I have ever placed with Choxi has brought me quality items at prices that other stores can't come close to. They also have multiple item deals that you cannot get anywhere else. Want quality at great deal prices? Go CHOXI.
I've been a fan of this site from the beginning. Their customer service is great; make sure when you purchase something it's returnable if you have any hesitation about the item. I made that mistake; but it was my fault so just pay attention. I still love the site I'm just smarter!

I love the site. I check in several times per day. I have ordered almost every time. I love it. I have not received my ink cartridges, nor a watch bracelet I ordered back in May or June. I love browsing the site. I received my order most times in the same week I order. I just love it- there's nothing like shopping for everything with one click.

I've had a very good experience using Choxi and I'v used it a number of times now. They've made it easy to order or return an item.
Find what you want, order, pay for and within a short time frame you have the product ordered. Better than going out and shopping for the items and also saves money for you.
I ordered 1pair size 1 black sandals, received size 11. On JULY 3,2015. Received size 11. Sent back and re-ordered 1tan, 1brown size 1. Received
Size 11. Sent back and a Choxi CSR re-ordered the 2pairs of sandals size1.
Received 1 pair size 11 brown. Sent back approx. Sept. 24. Do Not know where other sandal went and Choxi credited $6.38. So now I have no sandals and $6.38 and really have no explanation of whats going on only I think they are working on it?
There was only one item I had to return and was because it didn't fit. The return was done quickly & efficiently.
I have been taking the time to fill out these surveys about products. So many i love. A couple - not so cool. For instance, the "eyeliner eyeshadow" pencil -- there is NO eyeliner as described... no one has contacted me. I would think w/ such an error you all would say "ooops, yes, we'll refund you." Also wrote about the shoes for my daughter and how the sizing is way off.
As i said... 85% of my experience w/ Choxi is positive... but these few times that not great products come my way and no one responds to my review - then i don't feel so great about it all.
The pros: They have some fantastic deals, and they are very cheap. Customer service is very good and they will always refund you when your items don't arrive.
The cons: They don't check out their venders: Ordered a Pro3 from what USP my choice showed to be a used tire company in Queens (it never shipped) My purchase on the 6th a WD cloud drive arrived NIB, box was smooshed but it was great low price with manufacture warranty. (took two weeks to get it...) I have a purchase from the 16th for a sewing machine they had to cancel and refund, apparently the vendor was no longer with them?
Will I order again, sure they are cheap, I love a deal and I am not in a big hurry so I am used to waiting a few weeks for their great deals, (if they arrived)

Ordered 4 watches all came within a week. One of them didn't work and choxi got in contact with the watch company and got me another one within 3 days. Excellent A+ service from this company. I WILL be ordering again.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
