What I love about Choxi is, That you can find just about anything that you are looking for for a great price. I also love the flat rate and not to forget the promotions that are going on all the time.
Some of the quality of the items bought seemed of poor quality. Also problems with getting items shipped on timely manner or even orders filled by suppliers
I keep giving choxi another chance because I have had a few good deals that were good quality however, I have also had bad experiences. The latest was an order of 3 item and I understand they are shipped separately but I never received one item and had to contact them after 3 wks. They cancelled order and after another week I got my money back. The items that did arrive are as described. I am a Amazon prime member so I'm spoiled but sometimes there are good deals on choxi and I buy from them. They have a line of purses by Chacal Taylor and they are high quality for the price but when I have ventured out and ordered other clothing items some are really bad quality and others alright. I think they need to work on quality control and shipping and they will be more competitive. Oh yes, often times I will see the exact item sold on choxi on Amazon for less... Just saying... Tiffany

I've purchased many items and been very happy. On one occasion I required assistance in obtaining a user manual for a watch. The customer support was poor, confused and inept. I suspect the agents were not able to read English. The final response was a jpg picture of a wrinkled direction sheet.
I love CHOXI! A lot of great items, at great prices, and the shipping is fast and cheap. Also love the coupons and free shipping they send at times as a thank you.
So far everything I've purchased has been great, had a problem one time getting something I didn't order, they told me to keep it and they refunded my money, no questions asked! Customer service is wonderful.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
