I ordered a case for my daughter's I Pad Air and didn't expect it to arrive until after Christmas. It arrived two days early. The color was perfect and the cost so reasonable. It made my daughter's Christmas even better.
This, as all of my previous purchases, arrived on time and in perfect condition and were just what was described on the site.
It took more than a week to tell me the stuff I already paid for was being shipped and then a week to get here

Ordered Dawg Boots in Navy and am very pleased with them. Size 6 is a little big as I usually wear size 5-6. However I can work with that, more socks, liners.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
