I would've gave u guys a 5 but the tracking situation could be better... Other than that i have no problems... Even when i did they let me keep my previous items and sents a replacement a. Sap... So just have a little patience people and read reviews before ordering... Thanks choxi and loved no more rack :)

Ordered a Dan Francisco 49's throw blanket. Ordering was super easy, item shipped quickly and I received it within a few short days. Item came in perfect condition and just a beautiful throw. Ordered on the 17th of Dec., got Charm necklace x3 before Christmas, robe and 2 other jewelry items arrived after Christmas. Charm necklaces were nice, rode was nice but other jewelry was disappointed with. I know pictures on line show one thing, but both pieces were small and finishes were dull / flat matte looking. All of the jewelry ordered before there were issues with size but the finishes, shine, glow really jumped out
I ordered from choxi this past Christmas for my daughter who is visiting in Tx. She was happy and pleased with her presents. She received her items before Christmas also, except for one she received the day after. I have always been satisfied with the deals and service that choxi/formerly nomorerack has provided. The $2.00 flat rate shipping is really nice and the offers for free shipping, also the $10.00 off for sharing with friends, if your friend buys something, you get $10.00 off your next purchase, ect. I have been a satisfied customer for at least 2 yrs. Or more.
I've ordered many times from Choxi and have been very satisfied with my purchases--high quality merchandise, great prices and delivered in a timely manner.
These earrings were just the right color to match a pretty necklace that I have. I love dangling earrings that I can see and my hair won't hide.

It just took too long to let me know that the manufacturer couldn't take care of my order for a love seat pet cover. Can't find the same cover at such a good price anywhere else so I guess I do without. No big deal but it took along time to get a letter and refund. I like Choxi a lot so it won't stop me from shopping with them, this is the first mishap I ever had and I shopped with Nomorerack for a long time.
Normally I'm very satisfied with the site. However on this experience a couple of my Christmas gifts did not arrive until last week.
Answer: Stone fell out of my jewelry the first time I wore it. I will never order from this "cheater" company again!
Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
