I waited 22 days and no item, come to find out it has still not shipped. (Unacceptable!). They did respond to let me know it has not shipped yet, no idea when it will and no refund. Bad business I think. Still have not recieved my items.
I placed an order in good faith, they withdrew funds from my bank account promptly but never shipped my order! I waited two weeks! Concacted customer service via email and got a reply that they'd issue me a store credit, hmph, NO! I WANT A REFUND! I've yet to get it, this is not the end of this, BUYER BEWARE!
I bought a set of stainless bowls. Within one week it delaminated.
I called to get it exchanged. They responded:
1. Must have all original packing.
2. Must pay to ship back.
3. Must return all bowls not just the bad one.
Who keeps all the packing material?
They know these barriers keep them from having to honor warrantee.
They have lost me I hope they lose others that read this.
I was pleased with the look of this handbag, and my overall purchase experience (especially the discount that I received)!
These guys are crooks. They accept money from customers but do not pay suppliers who ship to the customer. They accept money from customers and do not place orders with factories because factories will not ship without being paid. Then don't refund the money.
Any clothing ordered has not fit and was given away. Satisfied for the most part. In the past I have had difficulty getting my order to go through due to password problems,,
My items arrived quickly and were just as pictured. Quality is good.
When I did receive my products, I was very satisfied. I did have some trouble with receiving a couple of items, but Choxi was very good about canceling and compensating me for the delays and problems.
It's been over a month and some of the items that I ordered still have not been received. I was told by customer service that these items are being mailed separately and I would be advised by mail once they are available, but a month seems like an excessive amount of time to wait for delivery.
I enjoy shopping this site, I really do. Lots of next product for extremely good price. I give it one star tho because I have yet two incomplete orders that I'm still waiting for even tho they took my money. Have emailed twice and both times they have said that the product comes from different party so all they know is when it does get shipped a tracking number would be sent out. Sorry Choi, but you would think that if you really cared bout your customers and satisfaction then you guys would have a better handle on this situation. Not just with me but with everybody (everybody as in the dealers themselves). Would love to give 5 stars and possibly will IF / WHEN I GET THE REMAINDER OF ITEMS FOR BOTH MY ORDERS!
Received Email saying my item was not in stock, & I could order another item.
I do not understand HOW Which screen do I use? How do I input the new item? And still return to the screen that advises me of my next step? Please HELP
Previous purchases were 5 STAR except for taking so very long to get here
Received wrong size and wrong set of capris. "Package" was too small so I had to pay additional postage plus being charged for return postage.
$15 "credit" on order was also being deducted. If it is the manufacturer's fault, why am I being penalized?
Still have not received Bluetooth shower speaker and ordered it in June
I love shopping this site on those occasions where I'm looking for something 'out of the ordinary'. Choxi provides quality deals and superb support. If you don't shop here now, you're a fool! Get with it and take a look.
Received 1 wrong item. Ordered a ring in silver and received a gold one. And ordered some lights for a bike and never received them at all.
More and more I'm cancelling orders because items are not being shipped. Several items were not as described and I had to return them.
Waited over a month for a product I ordered everytime I called I got a run around finally ask them to cancell and refund my credit card. Agent wasnt happy about it but aI insisted I wanted a refund.
I had gotten one part of my order really quick, just like I normally do from you but something went wrong with my second part and I didn't get it for maybe close to a month. Its not a reason that will prevent me from shopping with Choxi again though.
Place an order on 6/8 and still didn't get everything? Very disappointing..

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
