You will not receive your item when you order from them. The use to be good but now they are horrible.
I have over $100.00 worth of merchandise not delivered and now you cannot reach them by phone and they do not answer their emails. Do not order from them. You will not get your items and they will not give your money back. Scammers
I used to order from nomorerack all the time and they were GREAT. Choxi will take your money and you will NEVER see your merchandise! I placed an order on 6/29 and 2 others on 7/22 - never got the merchandise. When I called they told me they were processing... REALLY 2 months later? I told them I wanted my money back and they said they would give me a store credit. I told them NO because I would not be ordering anything else from them and I wanted them to credit my credit card. I then disputed the charges with my credit card company and got all of my money back. BUYER BEWARE!
I have placed several orders since June and received only one in the last 3 months. When I called the first time, I was told they were "processing" it. When I called back to complain, I was given credit on my choxi account. So, being trusting, I ordered several more items to clear up my credit balance. After waiting a reasonable amount of time, I sent customer service an email and never got a response. Now, calling at 11:00am on a Wed, the company recording says the office is closed and to call back Mon-Fri from 9-6 EST. They just keep taking orders and keep your money. Buyer beware------don't buy from them.

So Choxi owes me 3 orders they have not fulfilled and it has been about a month since my email. Then they send me an email telling me they are sorry but all my products come from different vendors and they are going to contact those vendors for me... BUT if I want to they can cancel the order for me out of good faith but ONLY until a tracking number is listed in the order. After that it is too late to cancel the order and I have to take a store credit. So I tell them hell yea cancel the orders I want my money back. Soooooo I wake up this morning with a couple of items having tracking numbers. So it is too late for a refund. The funny thing is for these items ALL coming from different vendors they ALL have the same tracking number. HAHA. And the tracking number is no good on all the sites (FEd EX, USPS, UPS). And the delivery date is N/A. HAHA how stupid do they think their customers are. I am glad I filed a dispute with my bank for all charges. The bank already gave me my money back while they investigate Choxi. The only way I lose is if Choxi can prove I received the merchandise. I would suggest everyone else do the same...
I had an order in July where I only received 1 of 3 products. They gave me a Choxi credit which I used on my next order on 8/13 of 4 products. Then I made one more order on 8/16 of 5 more products. I have received none of these products and they do not even show they shipped. As Nomorerack I had a lot of problems but I ALWAYS got my product. They have a number to call which doesn't work. You can no longer use "chat". If I don't hear something and get my product or money soon I plan on filing a dispute with my Bank. I might urge other to do the same. I am going to take a look at Dailysale.com and woot.com as both might be a better alternative.
So, I wrote a review few weeks ago, and since then I have continued to email Choxi customer service (NO CHOXI, I AM NOT GOING AWAY). I have received 3 different responses advising me that my order has been cancelled and a refund has been issued and that I should see it in 5 to 8 business days. This was about 3 weeks ago, and still no refund! Funny how it only took a matter of minutes to take my money. Oh and trust me, CHOXI is aware we are all angry and trying to contact them, they are simply ignoring us, hoping we will just go away, like many of you, I too have received the newest communication email (or should I say, Choxi's newest lie...

Seriously how is such fraud legal? What do we need to do to initiate a class action lawsuit? By the way, I am currently in discussion with an attorney, who has advised me to forward all of the communications from Choxi to him. I refuse to go away. Choxi, just give me my money already and I will gladly rid myself of the memory of this absolutely toxic germ of a company.
Can't believe I even have to give this site one star.
It's been several months since I placed my order with you and still haven't receive more than half the items I've paid and for me this has changed my opinion of this new company. When it was "no more racks " never had these types of issues so please explain to me what's changed besides the name. I would like to receive my product or my money refunded to my account.
I have purchased many things on this website, before it was taken over by Choxi. I have been waiting almost a month now for them to reimburse money as products were never delivered or even sent to begin with. I get robot replies through email and since they said they would reimburse me by last week again, there has been no further communication. They do not reply to my emails and when I call during business hours I get a message to say that I am calling outside of business hours and to email them. Now I have not received almost $200.00 that they owe me. And no one is returning my emails, not even the robotic ones, or calling me, nor can I get someone on the phone when I call. Worst place to shop online ever.
Here is their promise to reimburse me, on August 11th. I had asked previously to be reimbursed but they gave me a store credit which I did not ask for.
"I have revoked the in-store credits from your account and issued a refund in the amount of $182.05 to your original form of payment as per your request. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for this refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Please note that the $220.00 credit issued for Order ******* included the $15.00 discount you used. But since we are refunding the amount that was actually charged to your bank account, we can only refund the actual amount that was charged to you.
We also cancelled all the items that are not yet shipped, as per your request. Since Orders ******* and ******* were placed using the credit issued for Order *******, we will no longer issue a credit for all the items cancelled. This will all be included in the $182.05 refund we processed."

I also hear that they're not paying their employees as well! What a disgrace! They can keep deleting my comments I will keep posting all over the Internet until they pay me. THIEVES!
This site as NoMoreRack was good, but now as Choxi.com in 2016 it is terrible. They will take your money and not ship any product, days, weeks and NOW MONTHS have gone by with nothing. Was a satisfied customer until the change. DO NOT... repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE
When choxi was nomorerack, they were sooo much better, i only ordered from this site one or twice a year, and now i know why they are sending so many emails offering credits, because they are imploding, they are not paying their vendors and they are trying to bank as much money as they can before they implode. I ordered several products from them over a month ago and never received anything, not even a tracking number. I eventually filed a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund and i would suggest anyone who has ordered from them in the last two months to do the same because the customer service number has been shut down, you keep getting an office closed message when you call them no matter what time of day it is. You are not going to get anything from choxi.com
I ordered last 07/24/16. I usually get my order fast. Now, I am very disappointed. I tried emailing them multiple times and never responded to my email. I was just robbed $150. Money was taken out, orders never received. Tried calling them, I was on hold for 30 mins and never able to speak to a live person. When it was nomorerack, I've had great experience. I am just so disappointed. I hope no other person will be a victim of this scam.
I ordered from this company and had previously ordered from them when they were nomorerack.com with no problem. I recently ordered from choxi and over a month later I'm still waiting! They are the worst! I've called customer service numerous times, to no avail. The customer service is horrendous and promises made of contacting vendor and then will get back to customer. That never happens! How does a business last treating their customers this way? They have no problem taking your money but you get nothing in return. I've learned my lesson so save yourself the frustration, time and money and don't order from them! If I could grade them lower than a "1" I would!
I really liked ordering from here when it was No More Rack. I feel like they were a little better at what they do then. I have ordered numerous times from this site and usually have to wait an above average time for the items to arrive, but it seems to be getting longer every time. I placed an order on 6/29 and still have not received it. It is now 8/23, almost 2 months. I emailed to ask them what the status was and they emailed me back (2 days later) with a generic email about cancelling if I wanted to. Well, I want my stuff, not to cancel it. Good products and great deals, but they need to work on their customer service and shipping.
I ordered a few items and after a month they still hadn't arrived. When I contacted the company I was told I had "credit" which means I have to place another order. I attempted to do so today (several months after the initial order) but was asked for my credit card number, even though I was using my "credit money". Why would I need to add my credit card info if I'm using credit (my order was well under my credit). This is an OLD practice, holding your money hostage. Think again before you order from here.

Their shipping policy of 10-14 days is a joke. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting for my order. Buyers beware. You will not get your orders, but your money will disappear...
Orders say completed, but I have been waiting a month for the bug zapper. They have the worst website for giving you any kind of shipping information. By the time I get it the bugs will be gone. I emailed customer service and just got basically no answer to my questions. The old web site was wonderful. This site is horrible, and I'm sure you can find the exact items they sell elsewhere, which is where I'm going to shop from now on.
I have ordered a few times from them and the last two times have not got my items. The first time they emailed and did the shipper didn't have the charger I ordered so they would credit my account, which was great. But when I tried to use the credit to order other items, I waited two months without any updates on my order. Every time I emailed they would reply with the same email. Eventually I cancelled the order for another credit. Now it's round two of the wait game with another order. I received one item but I'm waiting on two more. So far it's been a month. Don't use this site!
After going back and forth with the company on shipping an item I ordered well over a month ago. I asked for a refund and they are trying to give me store credit. I am never shopping with this company again!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
