I ordered the Premium crate and I love it. I didn't even get a chance to own it as I have shared it with a few friends and they also love it. I subscribed again for another month and will see what's comes in the September crate and hope to get the pokemon toy with 3 little pikachu babies. I cant really wait for my crate to arrive. Im super duper excited!

Great option for a taste of home. Order contained chocolate, chips/crisps and gummy sweets. All arrived in great condition. Price is fair, fast shipping. I ordered the Japan Premium crate and product range is best so far. Very unique selections. Pay by PayPal so you don't have to expose your credit card to yet another on-line store that could be hacked. Great choice!

I so love the Umai box. I orderd for 3 months subscription since April 2021 and already completed the order. The selection of noodles and other stuff in the box are so mesmerizing. Given that the noodles are so yummy and tasty. The extra items like flavoring pastes and powder to name a few are such a delight and a perfect match for the noodles in a hot soup. It boost and give extra flavor on the soup. The booklet gives all the necessary information on how to cook the noodles and its basic. The recipe card was a special treat. Im so happy with my subscription. Let me finish all my noodles then most probably will subscribe again in the near future. Thank you Japan crate. No hassles with the shipment and receive all my crates with no issues. Great company indeed. Arigato Gozaimasu!

We received our ordered crate after a month and me and my family are very happy with the items inside the June Premium crate. It is nice to have some unusual fancy foods to go with the normal daily fare here in Berlin. Great snacking. Just tested the box and we will certainly order back in the future.

I finally writing something good after a couple of crates that i received. Just want to tell that Japan Crate is amazing. I ordered 6 months subscription of the Premium box and this subscription is yet the greatest box that I subscribed with. Highly recommended. The Premium snacks was absolutely amazing. We haven't had similar before with other subscription boxes that we have and this Japan Crate, we have loved the first 3 so far! Cant wait for the next crate.

Bought the 3 months subscription of Premium snack box for our daughter as gift and when she got the first box the other day, she absolutely fell in love with it and she's so happy. I was so excited when i saw the site. So in short i ordered the Japan Crate Premium box. Because why not? Knowing snacks from Japan was so unique. Who would not try right? So when the box arrived yesterday, im so excited and so happy. I fetch it from our local post office and when i opened the box, i am so delighted and excited. I shared it with the family and we really enjoyed the snacks and chocolates. So just letting you know that i ordered for 3 months. And now im really excited and looking forward for my next box.

I ordered Japan Premium crate during the last week of May. I believe the crate will be June. I received the crate today just as promised by the notification i received when they ship out my crate. Items were packed very well inside the box; well curated and snacks are great. Shipped quickly and I was kept apprised of the tracking. Thank you so much Japan Crate. So happy to have found Japan crate. Product I ordered was the June Umai crate which I ordered late May. The selection of noodles are absolutely amazing. I love the extra recipe card they included in the box. Also the cooking instruction of each noodles. This makes the crate super amazing. Love how they pack the noodles and its very neat. I have tried several other company's boxes. Japan crate was one of the best. I will cancel my other subscriptions and only keep this one. I have known Japan Crate from Instagram and I am very happy. That is great customer service. I can't wait for the next box. Thank you.

Love Japan Crate! So many delicious things for my family to enjoy. If we can't travel at least we can experience delicious food from Japan. Customer service was superb and shipping is quick and everything arrived intact. Will consider renewing my subscription to them and upgrade to full year subscription. Simply amazing!

Got my first box after a long wait, still grateful even though my post was so slow due to the covid restrictions. Where first order was shipped and received more than a month of ordering. Anyways, I ordered the Premium box. Everything is still intact and secure, no damage and everything still edible. Thanks to the secure packaging and strong box. Chips and chocos in the box was tasty. What I like most was the little leaflets with all the information of the items and they also included some cool facts about Japan. Everything is great.

Customer support was superb! They keep calm and professional even though I send them a lot of emails regarding my delayed crate. But still they are so patient with everything they do. Fantastic, a great variety of different unique noodles and extra stuff inside the Umai box. My family just adorbs the ramen box with full of different type of noodles with some bonus items which are native to Japan.

The company is very responsive and has excellent communication. You will not be disappointed in the quality, quantity or uniqueness in each item in the box. Great way to start off the weekend chill night. Highly recommended. Will definitely subscribe back.

Finally I got my March crate. This is long overdue but at least you guys send a replacement crate. Thanks to your customer support who assisted me when my crate was not delivered. Your support instantly notify me that you guys will send a replacement crate instead. Best customer support ever and a good way to make your customers happy, I did ask for refund but sending a crate is better as I really wanted to experience the same.
