Purchased an order on Wowcher, not received tried contacting phone out of service e mail not sending How do you contact Wowcher. Not worth 1 star

Time using this market place) and made the rooky mistake of thinking that the company would be legit so I did not
Check reviews. Needless to say - I have not received the goods and they are not answering emails.
Words to the wise - do not purchase from this company. On the back of this I will never use Wowcher again - can't understand how they would still let this company trade on their site given all the negative reviews. I am not optimistic that I will see my money againThe

These people accept your order then they send stupid bits of paper telling you that Royal Mail got the wrong tracking number,... all a complete scam they take your money and then it's bye bye no way to contact them so not a chance of ever getting your money back. Cost me £40 for rubbish and I have no choice but to accept it. Now why The Range, which was a good store is selling these clothes for such a dreadful company I really don't know it's crazy but I'll never shop there again. All of you out there listen to us we know it's all a scam so don't buy from these companies...

Wish I could rate it 0 stars. I ordered two tops off JAOYEH through Wowcher at a size 16 and they are not even a size 8. £4 delivery per top too. Awful quality and slow delivery. Complained asking for free returns and they have stopped replying to my emails. Daylight robbery and a complete scam.

Ordered a product via Wowcher, waited for delivery date and went over by at least a week, still no product so contacted seller J&Y. They were very confused. Very poor customer service, my product, apparently lost in transit. But they don't want to give me my money back, making it difficult for me. I will persist.

Got a groupon voucher and these redeemed the voucher to daye i have not received the bag nearly inpossible to get in touch with these muffets e mai them and nothing never would i buy groupon again

Bought a Stranger Things advent calendar for my niece. Never arrived. They sent another, had no reason to doubt, but opened on December 1st to find everything inside in pieces. Absolutely impossible for this kind of destruction to happen in transit as it was a necklace, bracelet and charms.
There were barely 2 links together!
Took a week for them to get back to me, asked another question but never heard anything for another week, then they said they'd forward my email to the returns & refunds department!
Department? Yeah right, c'mon Karen, pull your finger out! Nothing back. Yet...

Placed order for 2 stranger things advent calendar Oct 26th and today is Dec 21st, nothing received and after several emails and little response it is being passed to refund dept. Horrendous service

I brought a refurbished tablet of this place (pigsback)- J&Y Co ltd, I gotten 1 response of these mother $#*!ers, I want to send it back but I don't know the address, I want my money back too, it was €79.99 on black Friday sales, what a waste of time. $#*!ing scumbags.

Purchased an advent calendar early November! Contacted company at least 10 times only to be fobbed off! They think it's okay to received it mid Dec! It's like buying a diary for last year! Refused to refund the money back as apparently I have to wait to see if it will arrive! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY

Definitely a scam! Supposed to have bought a stained glass bird from woucher and it turned up plastic and broken. Disgusting scam just after your money.

Ordered Stranger things advent calendar for my granddaughter, ordered through Wowcher, who are pretty impossible to reach, if you don't have have computer knowledge! Received a text from J & Y Jaoyeh Trading to say my calender have just been delivered! Well it hasn't. That made me read reviews on this company and it seems they have terrible feed back. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered the Stranger things advent calendar for my daughter- awful product just a badly sellotaped box, she could have made a better one herself and she is 8! The items inside are shockingly bad too- never again!

5 weeks with issues on laptop faulty on receipt. 20 communications from day 2. No satisfaction. No refund. Do not want replacement as I see from reviews they too are faulty. So annoyed. Have to buy another laptop now. Keep away from them. Be warned. Please avoid.

I purchased a 20 item mystery box from gogroopie for £12.99 plus £4.99 postage.

Received 14 items including a pack of disposable masks which the company declares as multiple items.

On consultation with this company. Multiple items sealed in bags count as individual items.

Return postage is paid for by the customer.

So if I send this box of complete crap back( which is so $#*! that I can't even sell the items on… it will actually cost me £9.98 in postage fees

Bought laptop which broke at the hinge within warranty period. Paid to have item returned for repair or for refund. Not heard from them since despite numerous emails and calls.
