I ordered a mother of the bride dress. It arrived and smelled like mothballs. I am extremely allergic to mothballs. The color of the dress looked nothing like the photos. The dress did have a nice built in bra and slip. It looked dingy and yellowed. I tried to return the dress and get a refund. I spent $170. After months of trying to get some kind of answer from them... I just decided to forget it. I took the dress to a bridal consignment shop and got $50 for it. Live and learn from ordering from China.
I would NEVER order from this company again. Try to only order on sites that are through Amazon... then you have recourse.
I ordered a custom fit dress and received it in very good time! The fit was perfect and the dress is gorgeous. I'd definitely purchase from this site again.
Today I received my dress. I'm extremely happy with it. The most amazing packaging ever! My dress arrived in a gift box. Then in a decorative bag to protect my dress with decorative papers inside. The dress was in PERFECT CONDITION. It fit me perfectly. I never write a review for nobody, but IZIDRESSBUY, were FABULOUS. I always order from other stores, but this time, I took a chance, and I'm glad I did! IZIDRESSBUY, pleased me all the way. I would definitely buy another dress from them AGAIN.

Ordered dress was size 12 fit more like a 8 couldnt get it on- said it was made for a chinese size 12 not american- no address for return and no refund- keep making new excuses to not get me the address - it is a horrible place of business never again will i order online! Scam artist hope they can sleep at night! CARMA GONNA GET YOU ALL IN THE END!
I purchased a dress for my sons wedding. Ordered it based on measurements from a seamstress and their size chart. My numbers were a combination of 2 sizes and I ordered the larger size just to be safe. Upon arrival the dress wouldn't zip up. Ultimately I lost 25 pounds before the wedding and the dress still didn't zip. Ironically I dropped 2 sizes in my regular clothes. After months of emails they agreed to refund my money upon receipt of the dress. I was given the address and advised best way to send the dress back that was trackable but wouldn't cost me extra taxes. I returned the dress based on that info in October. Today (5 months later) I spoke with the post office because they claim the dress still hadn't been received. To my horror I was told they get many complaints a day with same story. If your packaged isn't registered, once it's on the plane leaving the states it's no longer trackable. $125 for the original dress, $30 postage to return it and $100 for a new dress for the wedding later I find myself horribly disgusted with this company. They are almost impossible to reach in person, email communication leaves much to be desired and they are impossible to work with. Take your money and purchase your dress elsewhere.
Their return policy is very misleading. It states a 50% restocking fee for returned (non custom ordered dresses) which I would have paid. However, the dress has to be returned to China which isn't worth the money in shipping charges. I wasn't very pleased with the quality of the dresses. Customer service was poor and difficult to understand the person on the other end of the phone.
My mother-of-the-bride dress arrived with oily stains on the dress and the tule is not cut evenly at the V-neck! I've been in touch with the manufacturer (many emails) There is a language barrier (made in China) and to date, they have offered me $10.00 for my dry cleaning bill. REALLY? These stains will not come out and I want a full refund, something they refuse to do. So now I'm out $141.00 and I'm frantically trying to find another dress for my daughter's wedding. Terrible Customer Service! I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but I had to select something.
Do not buy from IZIDRESSBUY.COM, company will not refund you, they do not honor their return policy, I ordered a dress made of Elastic Silk-like Satin and I received a 100% Polyester Woven Dress. What is on their website is not what you receive and the fashion jewelry is of very poor quality and again no refund for dress or cheap jewelry at a cost of $19.89 that they claim to be valued at $99.00. I have sent many e-mails all they offer is a credit ranging from $10.00 to $15.00 and then they expect me to resell it on-line or to another person. Really who will buy a cheap dress and 99cent jewelry from me. The total loss I have suffered is $ 151.91, Buyer Beware, I should have believe the negative review, hard lesson learned. By the way the price includes a $19.99 charge for having it custom made. The extra $19.99 payment gave me -- Sleeves that look nothing like the on-line web picture and the fabric is awful. The rating is 0 Don't shop at IZIDRESSBUY.COM and be careful I believe they are also listed under different names on other sites they have similar website layouts the name is the only difference.
This company is terrible! Based somewhere out of the country. Dress sizes are not the same as USA sizes but they claim to be. Return policy is ridiculous! Buyer beware. Stay away from this website. The bad reviews are all correct!
I ordered my wedding dress from Izidressbuy, it had pink lipstick in the front around the chest area and had 5 black stains at the bottom front of the dress. There was even a white sticker with a red arrow pointing at one of the stains on the dress when i received it! We went back and fort with e-mails to the company, they had me sent pictures. Finally they said that it probably happened during shipping and they hope i can find a local cleaner to take care of it! And if I insisted, I could maybe get a discount on my NEXT DRESS with them! OMG! Horrible customer service. They barely speak English. I tried calling them but they say to E- mail them. This has been a horrible experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I am sure all the good comments on the site are FAKE!
After several interactions over email (of which I could barely understand their writing) they still refuse to assist in the fact they sent me the wrong shoes. I am also gravely disappointed with the quality of the dress I bought for my son's wedding. Fortunately I still have time to pick up another from a more reputable company.
Alert to all potential clients. My experience with izidressbuy has been dreadful. I ordered what I thought was my ideal mother of the bride dress. I ordered it in gold and in a certain size. When I received it it was yellow not gold and way to big. I asked if I could exchange it for a smaller size and a different colour. Unsuccessful they would not exchange it. Also the fabric and lace is a very cheap quality. Don't be deceived that it comes from the USA. It comes from China. The try to deceive u when you chat on line by showing s picture of a cocasian on their chat line. This is outright deceit. I would ask future customers to tread carefully don't buy from this co as they r not what they proclaim
I bought a dress from this site. The dress arrived and was not what was depicted on the website. I am trying to get my money refunded and send the item back. No customer help at all.
This site is a complete SCAM. They find beautiful dresses from other businesses/websites and make awful replicas of them. I purchased a wedding dress from this site and it was not even close to what they had on their website. I emailed back and forth with them and was still unable to return my item. Now, I'm stuck with a dress that is useless to me. Save yourself the headache and do NOT order from this out of country scam-fest. UPDATE! This company renamed their site as IZI Lady! Just don't do it, spend your money somewhere worthy of it!
This site is also FabVouge. Beware do not order from this online site. The merchandise is crap and not to quality standards. You can not RETURN item. This is out of China and customer service are all Asian and do not know how to speak English via live chat only. No phone number, no return address. BIG SCAM JUNK JUNK JUNK! Looks like Halloween costumes. Report this site as internet scam.
I bought a Mother of the Groom Long Gown and was horrified! I ordered a size bigger than what I would normally wear. I could not even zip it up, it was made very cheaply. What was supposed to be sequins were cheap plastic that could bend and fell off the dress! I had to spend $250 to have the whole dress tailored!

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. The dress was well made, but it was way too small and it was too heavy for the occasion. I contacted them and they did respond, but only to tell me to take it to a tailor or give it to a friend. You cannot return the dress. They have very poor customer service and basically will not refund or exchange. I discourage anyone from using them. So disappointed! Still on the search for a dress and out the cost of this dress!
I HAVE A $170.00 DRESS THAT IS SUPPOSED TO FIT. FIND OUT THE COMPANY IS IN Republic of China. They speak English but chinese when they dont want you to know what they are saying. They didnt put me on hold and I heard the whole conversation. My fault for buying online. This site S____. I would never recommend to buy anything from them unfortunately they dont take amer exp I guess thats why so how many other perople out there bought from them If they are world wide site then you talking MILLIONS.
