Experienced technicians willing to assist at any given time regardless of the situation.

So far, I have found iYogi computer services to be helpful and educational, especially since some of the newest technicalities of computers have exceeded my knowledge. I reserve the right not to purchase from them every item they recommend; but, overall they have been quite helpful to me and above board.

I am vary happy with the iyogi tex. Support there always ready to help and are so good at fixing my computer

The support services that I have received have been wonderful. The technicians are courteous and stick with the job until it is finished. I like the streamlined access passage where you do not have to re-tell your issue to several people before actually getting to the technician. You're immediately connected through Live Chat and the service begins right away!

I have been with iYogi for about 5 or 6 years. Although I have not had the need to call very often, when I do, I get excellent support. All of their technicians are professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable.

Many times the good technicians at IYogi have taken over my computer remotely and refreshed my old computer so that it still works as well or better as it did when I purchased it 7 years ago. I depend on them completely and hope I never have to be without their assistance when I need them. I recommend their services to everyone I talk to who mentions trouble with their computer.
