Pas très satisfaite dans l'ensemble

The clothes run very small, I'm 5'5" weight 150lbs ordered size large and all of it is too tight. I tried to contact IVROSE via telephone/email/messenger cannot reach anyone! This company will take your money but will not return your money or make exchanges. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN & WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO ORDER FROM IVROSE!

I ordered my normal size one top is too big and one top is too thin. They really didn't look like the picture either. I gave the big one ( black) to a friend and kept the thin one ( green). No matter what bra I wear under it you can still see my bra through the shirt the picture was not like that.

The website provides lovely items. I was looking for some dresses for wedding. However, the delivery was very slow and it took more than 20 days to arrive but the items are of good quality.

I've ordered clothes from IV Rose and they've been basically ok, even though the sizes aren't really scaled to my body type. But this order was a total disappointment. Must have been somebody's first day.

How can i return the products i bought that do not fit they are too small

The slit in the skirt goes up way too high. No one could wear this no matter of you have a big butt or not

Delivery on time - shame not better quality. Be very small sizes - only suit someone small

I order my clothes with express shipping but it took them 4 weeks for me to get it! Sorry but I won't be buying from this site again

You cant send it back! Or you have to pay 15€ to have it and 16€ to send it back.

It's a shame! And the clothe really looks like nothing, i have never seen that before.

Unfortunately, the shoes didn't look exactly like the one in the picture.
The item *******7954 Zip Design Peep Toe Thin Heeled Boots LZT979-bk-40-iv) is too small.
I would like to give it back.
Please inform me how I can exchange the named article and get my money back.
