Overall, the product is amazing but the wait time is brutal! I ordered these dresses way in advanced for my friends wedding but as the days grew closer, I was worried the dresses wouldn't make it in time. But luckily they all finally arrived with 2 weeks to spare.

Product was just OK, I was underwhelmed by the quality. Also the shipping was super slow.

Screens froze. Website not extremely user friendly on phone. Doesn't link from Instagram despite being advertised there. Couldn't fund the length size on trousers I purchased. How do tall people know if it fits?

Always good products when I order have not had any problems as of yet.

Everything is a little smaller than canadian sizes. I'm a large but I need to order xlarge going forward

Easy ordering process and 11 day delivery. When I opened the package I was somewhat disappointed as I thought they were way lighter than what I expected from seeing the pictures. After trying them on I was very surprised how comfy and supportive they were, I've worn them all day in warm temps and even though my feet get sweaty they didn't smell. Nice bonus!

I like the idea you buy nice outfits for a cheaper price. I definitely think they have their own workers to help create the look of the pictures they advertise. I believe the pictures shown is not of their work but they make as close to it as they can. I would love for them to add more material to their clothing in efforts for a more quality look.

Easy to order amd hoping for a easy returns process. However all items were sent back due to poor quality or got was wrong.

The material is decent, though the lace trimming is weirdly attached and doesn't wrap all the way around the bottom of the dress.

I live in Canada sot the order took a month to get here; they shipped from China which I didn`t see anywhere on their website where the products were coming from. If I would of known thta ahead of time; I wouldn`t have ordered. I ordered 4 pair of shoes and I ended up only getting one. It took a month for them to tell me that 2 out of 4 were no longer in stock. It took about 2 months to get the credit back on my credit card. I received the wrong size for one of the shoes I ordered; it was the correct size on the order, on the package but inside was a size too big. I tried to return them but they said that I had to pay for shipping; to the USA and they would give me the money in coupons only. It was my first time buying and it will be the last time.

First of all they sent me the wrong items/sizes! Secondly, it took 35 days to arrived from the date I placed the order... this is insane! 35 days? Really?
Now I need to return it and there is no info on the website or email to find the return process...
This is crazy!
