Everything was ok and on time, the dress came in good condition

Bad news! Expensive shipping charges and long time for delivery even with express delivery. Once it arrived, it didn't fit properly. The cut was too wide at the hips.

This was my first experience with IV rose. The shipment did take a long time but that was expected. In general the materials were thin to average, but the garments are nice. Communication with IV Rose was good too.

So far it's been great shopping! One outfit took a little longer to be shipped out than the other. Overall, it was a good experience.

The dress has ties at the top and it doesn't show that in the picture and the shirt is too wide and too short

The rerun process is very slow and difficult. Not being able to reach anyone over the phone really makes it hard to do business.

Awful. Placed the order, which was said to be delivered within 5-7 days. After 3 weeks after not even recovering an order confirmation I reached out, delt with rude customer service, to be told the order had yet to be processed. After threatening to cancel the order I finally recover confirmation and delivery well over a month later. As I said, will never order from them again.

Order was fast and easy. Material is not what I thought but still ok.

The item was not true to size. It did not fit. I was really ready to wear the ensemble but was very disappointed because it did not fit. Only way I will reconsider ordering anything else from this website is unless you resend another item that actually fits.

Purchase went great I wish I would've ordered ahead of time it took a couple of weeks to be delivered… but the overall was great and all items were as expected
