Lack of communication, I would have rather you contact me right away and let me know the stock was out, than keep me waiting for 15 days before you sent my order out, still haven't received the second order, tracking # **************674 got $87.45.

Love the quality love the product just takes way too long for shipping but I will buy again

I have only purchased one item, but i was very satisfied with the quality of the shirt and would purchase from IVROSE again. It was exactly as it looked on line. SDH, Oregon

After I ordered I didn't receive anything from the company- only PayPal. I had to contact them to find out anything and it took almost a month to get here.

Also, I didn't opt into this survey, basically you say you received the product and your stuck filling it out. Not cool. Never ordering from here again.

Took over 4 weeks to receive items very cheaply made, no shape to clothing

OkSpent quite a few quid but didn't like everything, need to return 2 items but items I liked we're fab

Took a while to receive these masks as they said no one was at home to receive them cldnt track them so made a complaint to PayPal 2 days later they arrived I've given 5 stars as they're lovely and 4 bcoz of the time and delay with them

I am a lot happier with my order this time sine the merchandise is starting to arrive sooner.

Most of the items fits well and comfy too. However, missing one item from my orders which I was excited to have.

The fabric is very cheep one was and it over. The item took so long to leave the warehouse had to wait weeks for it will never order from this company again

Everything with this site was good... except the product unfortunately. The website is nice, prices are great and posted clearly with out any confusion or gimmicks, shipping was a decent amount if time, I think I recieved my package within 1 week or so, but the dress I ordered was cheap, thin material that didn't match the picture. In the picture it looked thicker and of higher quality, on the model you can't see through the dresses material, or see any lines of under garments, when I put the dress on, you can see through it completely, it's a tube top type of dress but had no elastic to hold up the chest area... I couldn't wear that dress anywhere unless it was serving as a cover up over a bathing suit to the beach.

Easy and quick delivery and nice quality clothing. Easy site to order on. Loved the style if clothing... no stretch in material though... would use the site again though
