Your video shows someone taking a photo of a passport to upload to the site. I did this for three days and had my application returned as insufficient. When I scanned my passport in the printer-scanner, I got a good facsimile and was approved. You need to redo your instructions.
I received a visa for New Zealand with no problems.My visa for Australia is in limbo.It is absolutely impossible to take a photo as requested.There s complete lack of communication. I would not recommend IVisa.
Took my money but yiu don't actually supply visas? Won't ever use you again.
It did nothing I got nothing. I wasted my time I don't even know the point of it to be honest
I keep checking my status of my passport order and it says closed but I have not received it
Confused about requiring my self taking passport picture to submit with online application then I'm told that I have to submit two professionally taken photos.
The information on the site on how to take a photo was very clear. Manged to get a good one and submit it first time. Stress was taken out of the whole Visa application process.

It's been tough trying to get someone to amend our visa as they have been issued a month too early we leave australia on 7th Nov until 28th Nov and I have not been able to contact anyone though I have tried everywhere Order #*******

This is the first time I had the opportunity to renew my passport online. Whenever I do things online, i am concerned about not being able to successfully navigate the site as technology is not my strength. But, in this case the instructions were very clear and when I made a mistake, I was able to correct things pretty easily. I was very happy to see the packet come in the mail ready to be sent for my passport renewal.
