Bought by mistake as I didn't realise a visa for Australia was free but I now that I've bought one, I'll have to live with it.
This was my 8th Visa to India, but my girst time using Ivisa. Similuar documentation was rejected by Ivisa, but fully accepted by Evisa. Also the cost was over double and timeframe was long.
I applied and they show as if my visa is in process and in the end show visa rejected and don't give you any refund inspite of their email where it says denial will get full refund.

Very comfortable and fast service. Before you have to do a lot of sings such as go and take a photo passport format, buy a money order, fill up and print an application than go to consulate, wait in line, leave passport, photo, money order and application than after week or two come back to consulate to pick up passport with visa. Now it takes for me half an hour or 40 minutes to do all of this on the computer. And get the visa by email. Thank you very much for your service.
The only negative is when you arrive in India, few people at the counter and long que and take a lot of time to get through the e visa counter
