I was very pleasantly impressed- I had not intended to click on a third party provider but apply directly for my evisa for India. However compared to my wife's experience of applying directly, it was worth the fee. The website /portal for iVisa was much easier to navigate and to populate with my details.
I subsequently got talking to an ex-colleague, a PA who used to arrange travel, visas etc for execs and she said she always used a (reliable) agency for visas. So based on my limited experience, I'd use again.

The process was very simple and straight forward. L was given initial information to enable me to track the whole process. L was updated along all the phases and finally alerted by email at the end of the process and of course, ivisa document attached for my necessary usage.
The cost of the process was explained and made known to me. There were no hidden costs aside what was indicated at the beginning of the application process.

The application process was completely straightword, leading from one step to the next, all information required clearly defined and it was great to be able to save a partially completed application to get additional information. Processing took about 2 days and visa received. Great experience.

Having spent hours trying to make the online India visa system work for me I gave up. IVisa's online system worked first time and a valid visa came through in the 4 days promised. Although there is a modest additional cost for this service - it works and is hassle free!

Many tries to get the upload to accept my passport image but it was continually refused. I had to travel into town to get a professional image taken which was no better than mine.

I placed a rush order with additional fee $154 and was expecting Australia ETA ready in 12 hours. However, I have waited more than 24 hours and still pending. I asked for a refund via whatapps and they just stopped replying me. It's an unpleasant experience, after all.
