Tested selling my old iPhone and the experience was easier than expected. I shipped it the same day and got a confirmed value about 3 days later with a notice that the check was being set out. I am now in the process of submitting my other electronics since I've received the payment with no worries.

Agreed on offer price on 3 items, I had submitted marked Good Received notification following on IWM site inspection my products were not "Good".
The acceptance offer was decreased around 50%.
I had option to not accept the IWM offer.
I accepted reduced offer

I agreed to send a MacBook to this company on 11/1 and I chose to accept $50 less on my offer for 2 day shipping and 24 service. I sent the MacBook on Wednesday 11/1, I got an email on 11/2 and that's it, no update for over 48 hours.

They got back to me via email early Monday and offered me the the original amount for the device. Ultimately, I'd recommend the company but they went a little too long without updating me and that made me nervous since they already had my device and their website had changed my offer to $0.

Lost some value with super minor scratches. But not that much. And not unexpected. Could have sold on eBay for more. But not much more. You're paying for convenience and hassle free selling. And for that I would recommend.

Very Easy process! From step 1 to 3 everything was good

My first experience went unbelievably well, surprised it was so easy…. So…. Went back followed the same protocols as before everything went as planned until I sent my phone then the offer disappeared some crap they needed to hold the phone 14 days and then redefine value after getting a quote! Immediately I asked for my phone to be sent back but IWM played games they still made sure it would be over 14 days before o received my phone back packed with about 5 packing peanuts and a flattened piece of popping plastic it was a total 360 then I first experience! I will never give them my business again! I like honest people honest company upfront that didn't happen …. Becareful before you make a choice to send your items to this company
