Seems like a bit of bait and switch as both phones submitted were downgraded upon arrival. Personally know the history and performed a qualified inspection my self prior, They make the downgraded price lower, but not worth the hassle to ship the phones back and start over. On a positive note the process works with ease, thr timing and communication is appropriate.
