The order placed March 23rd came in timely manner. No problem. Thank you. I ordered a roll of paper yesterday April 11th. Also received confirmation of order. Looking forward to receiving paper as i'm making some posters for local hospital thanking health care workers.
Web navigation is getting a little clunky. Could not gang orders, had a shipping update which caused me to reenter all credit card data, etc.
Update. Got a quick return email from customer service that explained the shipping update issue (security) and noted my other issues. Appreciated the feedback.

You have always had what I need. The shipment came in three loads. That was a little confusing, and I bet expensive for you.
I placed an order for 2 different Epson printers and I guess Due to availability the order was split and came in multiple shipments. There was one part of the order that was confusing where a set of color inks was marked cancelled but to my surprise came about a week later. With that I received my complete order. These delays are unusual for IT supplies but it could have been due to the covid19 virus quarantines which were starting at that time. But I was pleased that in the end they came through and fulfilled my ink needs. Now I'm set for any quarantine situation.
