Save your money this organization is a joke… they make promises… take your money then toss random "dates" your way… there is no matchmaking going on here… and if you're unhappy too bad for u… any question or concern i had was simply ignored… and good luck getting anywhere with an 800# and a few e-mail addresses… fraudulent bordering on criminal business practices and yes they have been sued…
I'd rather pay my neighbor kid i bet he'd do a better job… and he's only 8

For the most part, it has exceeded expectation. Debra tailors the dates and is good on finding solid matches. The planning is easy. The pace of dates is appropriate.
My advice is to tell each participant where their match lives. I found two women who live more that an hour away. And women, in my experience, want a local person in relation to them. This chalks up as a one time date.

My Executive Match Maker (Elliot) did an amazing job. He truly analyzed my likes and dislikes, and matched me with a beautiful woman who met 80-90% of my primary likes. Elliot worked closely with the both of us to schedule the first date quickly, but also gave us ample time to prepare for it. He went above and beyond to coordinate a date and time which worked for both our schedules. Neither one of us was terribly inconvenienced. My date with her was the best: great conversation and dinner lasting a little over 3hrs. Elliot followed up with me a few days after, and helped me plan the next step to having a second date with her soon. Thanks Elliot / IJL.

Bryanna carefully listened and understood my unique situation, reviewed my account details, provided empathy and explained clearly the real terms and conditions of my contract, specifically with regards to matches, which I wish I received up front. I have had a wonderful experience joining. It's just lunch this fall. Salina, who started the process was wonderful and Sarah. My Matchmaker has been great. :) I just submitted another review that had some images of myself as well. In the beginning with its just lunch, I had several matchmakers who really did not match me up with the right people and I even have one that matched me or somebody three hours away. I was very disappointed I thought I wasted my money.
However my current matchmaker Debra S. Is excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. She really listens to what I'm looking for end of the dates that she sent me up with what I liked and didn't like. She definitely showed more enthusiasm and was overall very thorough and trying to find the right match for me.
Although I'm currently not renewing my membership due to family reasons, I told Debra, That when I am ready possibly later next year I certainly hope she is still around and then we can work together again.
So is my experience in the beginning was not very good and I was disappointed I definitely turned around mainly because of the matchmaker Debra!

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS SITE! I wish I had looked at the YELP REVIEWS before I signed up. I was desperate and looking for love after a very long time. This site just takes a lot of money from you and does not deliver based on their contract. I signed up October 2019 and was promised 12 men within 1 year according to my contract. I told them what I was looking for (gave them specifics: race, height background etc). NONE of them listened. I was shuffled around from one "EXPERT" (supposedly) to another. These employees are hired off of the streets. They have no experience, etiquette, or listen to what a client wants. More women sign up then men so men end up getting more women then they are promised and women get the bottom dwellers.
Even before they could satisfy my contract (after 2 ½ years) they called me to ask for more money (an upgrade) lol. They are desperate to swindle money from women who are looking for that one person. LADIES, I WOULD MOVE ON AND GO TO OTHER SITES THAT ARE SO MUCH CHEAPER WITH MANY, MANY MEN OR ASK FRIENDS TO INTRODUCE YOU TO A FRIEND WHO IS SINGLE. THIS SITE IS A MONEY DRAINER WITH NO ENDING………………………………….

3 of the 4 women I was introduced to were only fulfulling their obligations to go out since they couldn't get their money back from IJL. They seemed nice, but did not want to be there. Lot of emotional history and would say yes to a second date and then no. I did find someone that I'm going out with multiple times and seems very nice.
