I have been dealing with It's Just Lunch since June 2020, signing up with a 12 date or 12 month (which ever comes last) deal. Well it has been 3 1/2 years and I still haven't got the 12 dates. There are plenty of singles out there yet this company can't seem to find just 12 between the ages of 58-68 in 3 years. When they do find a so called match, it's typically outside the age group in my profile. They use zero psychology in making matches.

Carla is unequivocally the greatest matchmaker IJL has to offer. She has been so sweet, kind and patient in working with me and truly "gets" my wants, desires, dreams and needs and is matching me up with some amazing people, though it takes time to really cultivate an understanding of personality--and now, after a few "less-than-desirable" matches, she is NAILING IT!
Needless to say-Carla is a genuine pleasure to work with and I'm excited to continue talking/working with her, even if I don't ever match up with my soulmate!

I've worked with Perla at IJL for a few months now, and I find her to be very responsive and attentive to my needs. She stays "on top of" the logistics to make the members, restaurants and IJL staff stay in sync and result in quality matches.

Dating today can be challenging, especially for mature daters. I selected IJL because I wanted a more selective experience over swiping. Working with Tanya has been a pleasure. There is a lot of guess work when doing online dating. IJL take the time to understand the person that you are, and make match choices based on their experience. It really takes a lot of wasted time out of the equation.

I was reluctant to spend money on a match making service like this. But i am glad i did. I am very busy and just dont have time to search for someone to spend time with. I've been with IJL for a while. I first joined in Philly, then Cleveland and now back in my hometown. I really appreciate the effort they put in to finding me a partner! However, at times I don't think they hear what I'm telling them about the type of lady I'd like to meet and that I want to meet somebody in my area I live. IJL has set me up on dates at a greater distance than want to travel. I know, you never can tell were you'll find a mate, but distance is still an issue!

Although my experience in having Perla as my matchmaker has been brief (one match so far), I felt it was positive. She was very prompt and kept me up to date. My date did not work out as well as I may have wanted but I think we are moving in the right direction
