I ordered Powerbeats wireless and they took 17 days to arrive in my mailbox. I was very scepticle about the site at first because of all the negative reviews. If you order from this site be ready for the wait of your life. The beats came in good condition and with all of the attachments brand new beats would have except for some reason they weren't in a beats box. If you think you aren't getting any confirmation emails check your junk email because that is where all of mine were. It over all wasn't horrible I would just rather use amazon or other BIG retailers. It took forever to ship so I contacted customer support and they got back to me fairly quickly but the answer was vague. It overall wasn't too bad though!

For a mom with kids and a husband who wants to spend a fortune on lightning cables and chargers?
My son and I both buy from this site. The prices are affordable, taxes are not charged, and shipping is free (but slow). I have so far been happy with itech and customer service has been good.
We have ordered Bluetooth speakers and multiple chargers. I recently purchased the surprise box. I will be happy if it's just a box full of chargers! Stocking stuffers

I ordered Beats earbuds that took over a month to deliver. In the interim, I ordered another pair which only took over a week to receive. I contacted customer service to request an return authorization number but kept getting the runaround from representative Jessica who said she was running it by her manager. I filed a dispute with PayPal and spent $7 to return product Bc I was fed up. Received an email from Jessica "would love to work with you on getting return authorization but see that you filed dispute with PayPal so we will resolve through them"... uhhh, yeah because you left me no choice!

We ordered 2 iphone lightning cords through itechdeals.com that appear to be lost in the mailing system. We contacted them after 2 weeks and they told us they'd get back to us and solve our problem. They didn't, so we emailed them again. Now customer service tells us they'll let their company know so it doesn't happen to others. So one month later we've paid money for a product they have no intention of delivering! First time ever a company has done this to us!

Beware of this fraudulent company!

They falsely advertised their boxes to be a huge sale from 100 to 20 dollars, completely random, and make your friends jealous. I bought two boxes (which took them a week just to process the order) to realize 5 out of 7 of the items were exactly identical, and were very useless items or cheap items that I can buy within the price range. For example, they sent me an old iphone car charger or a screen protector wipe. I talked to their customer service about how falsely advertised their items are, and they made me pay my own return shipping if i want to return it and did not in any sort of way sound sincere or apologetic about the situation at all.

I returned a defective item using prepaid return postage and notified company of its posting. My credit card was initially credited $299.00 charge. ITech denied receiving item Bach. Had USPS receipt of delivery. Avoid this company.

After attempting to place an order on their website after following a link from Brad's Deals, their website did not appear to allow me to complete my transaction ( no confirmation on site or via email) so I moved on to another functional website and made my purchase. I initially checked my credit card statement and saw no charge posted from this company. Later I received an email stating my "order" had been shipped, checked my credit card and found my credit card had been charged even though this company never gave me prior notification. After several emails the so-called customer service agent was unable to even comprehend my original request to return the order at their expense! I will never do business with these tykes again. Beware.
