It was fun digging through the box with some other members of the family, doling it out! Some of it was useful, like a laptop cover, other things was just fun, like a "spy pen" that the ten year old jumped on immediately!

Bought a X-Media NE-WN1211D 150Mbps Wireless-N High Power USB Adapter w/5dBi High Gain Antenna back on 4 April, notified of shipping on 6 April... wrote to itech the week of the 16th when the tracking showed it arrived at my house - it did not. No response so far...

I bought five iPhone 6 chargers. None of them worked. They wouldn't return them. Don't be fooled by free shipping.

The processing and delivery took aprox 2 weeks for the beats wireless. Enter a min of 100 characters here, what else can i say. It took forever

I have been an iTech customer for some time, and I will continue to be. Their prices are nearly impossible to beat; customer service is fantastic. I recommend them; you will not be disappointed.

The package came very quickly and after opening it, I was totally satisfied with the contents knowing I had gotten more than my money's worth. Based on my experience, I would definitely say this is the best group offering such deals.

The order process has always been easy to get from beginning to end with no problem, but the one thing that I do not like is the slow delivery process. I tends to take up to 2 weeks to deliver the item in the mail. I know this is not iTech's issue, but I wish they were able to find another carrier.

Good shipping and cool gadgets. Not all useful, but some were pretty cool. Good deal for all of the items.

I ordered an adapter on March 25,2017 and didn't receive the adapter until April 20th. Almost a month! Seriously, did they walk with the stupid thing from their location... super slow. Furthermore, I received an email on March 27th saying it had shipped. That clearly was a blatant lie.

Bought what was advertised as "MFI" certified usb cables. When I received them, not only were they not MFI and missing the gold plating, but they didn't even work. Contacted them for a refurnd and was told I could not return them.

It's obvious itechdeals has some "in" on deal sites ans they continually advertise their products and people constantly protest the quality.

I WARN EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO BUY FROM THEM, DO NOT! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU GET NOTHING IN RETURN! I PROMISE YOU THIS, TOTAL RIPOFFS!

Do not purchase from this site, it is definitely shady business, I ordered the beata head phones March 10th and it is now March 27th still has not shipped. Theres no phone number to even reach them at, Im usually really good with not purchasing from these shady sites but I thought it was a reputable website because it was being advertised through Bradsdeals but never again.

So disappointed! Received Powerbeats and they broke in 1 month. Then contacted manufacturer and was told they are counterfeit.

I got a deal from Brad's Deals to get a pair of urBeats Wired headphones for only $40 shipped. I assumed that if Brad's Deals backed them, they must be legit. We know what happens when you assume. Took about 3 weeks to get to me, and then they arrived in a case, but no box, and sound like regular, crappy, $5 ear buds. There is no way these are really Beats - even though they say the name on them.

Obviously, they sell without inventory, and hope they're promises from suppliers pan out. Been there, made a ton of money, and have gotten hammered on the other side. Buyer beware.

My powerbeats2 broke maybe after 20 times of using. Apple will fix but I have to pay because this company isn't an authorized reseller. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I'm thinking they weren't new when I received them after reading these comments...
