Ordered an Jawbone Up3, received it quickly, tried everything to get it to work, it wouldn't work. I contacted iTechDeals customer service, emailed back and forth with Stacey, and she got me a refund with no hassle, just good service and obviously she was so helpful. Highly recommend this business as they are upstanding!

Bought a product that didn't work. Good luck trying to return anything to itechdeals. I'm just glad the purchase was only 18 dollars.

I had ordered an expensive pair of earbuds which I was very excited for. However I never received my product and when I contacted customer service, they told me to just check around my neighborhood assuming that it would be somewhere. I had no luck. When I contacted them again they stopped replying to my emails. The worst part is I had purchased a warranty with my item and I still could not get a refund or even a new product.

Mary gave me exceptional service in helping me with my return at Itech deals. Finding great service is hard to come by. This place is now my go to place now for tech stuff. You will not be disappointed, trust me.

I ordered a spy watch for my grandson and they sent a spy pen instead. Even that took way too long to receive. I emailed customer service yesterday but haven't heard back. My grandson was so disappointed.

I ordered a 10' usb cord after not hearing anything for a long time, I contacted customer service and after some time received earbuds, I was dealing with Anna from customer service and she was working hard to get it straightened out. Today I received the replacement order and it was a 3' usb cord instead of the 10' I ordered.

I placed 2 orders by mistake. I sent a request to have one cancelled and I received a reply within 24 hours from an auto reply and a person plus put in the process of a refund. No questions.

This company is excellent. They have good items, at discounted prices. And the customer service is great. I would highly recommend this Company.

I ordered 3 generic lightning cables. Unfortunately, they didn't arrive, and I reached out to Customer Service. Anna was incredibly helpful, and immediately presented me with options. After waiting a few days to make sure it wasn't just "late", she offered to refund me. It was a very pleasant process and I would gladly do business with iTechDeals again (this was not my first time doing business with them).

I ordered a pair of earbuds on April 27th, and I was told they'd arrive on May 3rd. IT IS NOW MAY 15TH AND I HAVE NO EARBUDS, NO UPDATED SHIPPING INFORMATION, AND NO RESPONSE TO MY CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS (fIled on May 9th, promised a response in max 72 hours). I am massively unhappy with the delivery and lack of customer service. Outrageous.

I had an issue with a pair of Beats headphones and Jessica in Customer Services took great care of me. The return process was simple and quick, and she followed up both during and after to make sure everything was satisfactory to me. Bad product aside, I'll definitely buy from iTechDeals again. I ordered a drone in green, they go in touch with me right away to let me know that color was no longer an option. Gave a choice; refund or another color. Took another color and had the drone right away. My customer service rep Susan kept me updated with emails. This was a really good experience and I am ordering from them again!
