Have ordered several times from this site, prices are great and they stand by their products. I have had issues with cables for my IPad and custservice is fast and friendly
They say you can leave a review on the site, but I couldn't figure out how. Purchased one of their surprise gift packages. It was a worthless, useless box of absolute junk worth less than five bucks in total at full retail. Just dont.
It's been 17 day of a "5 to 10 days delivery" and still on product. Aspect SLOW delivery! Placed the order and took 7 days to hear back from them. That was 15 days ago!
I recieved a defective product and within hours recieved a reply... in less than a few days my issue was resolved by this companies giving me a full refund... No one has been more prompt or concerned than this company... I will most certainly be shopping here in the future and letting my friends know about their products and discount prices...
This company goes a little above in order to give great customer service. I would give them an A+ in communication skills. Due to a small computer problem, some orders were duplicated. Within a few hours of me placing an order, I received an email informing me of this and the problem was corrected with a personal touch. Very pleased, and will continue to place orders.
I have purchased a crystal wireless IQ charger for my Samsung Mobile device. Upon receiving the item the packaging was fine however when I opened it I noticed that the device packaging had been damaged. I started to use the product I noticed it was not charging my wireless device. I contacted their technical team to discuss the damaged product issue and it was resolved with Mary who handled the issue with care.
People were very helpful in getting my order to me. They carry a lot of nice products many of us use nowadays at real low pricing

I bought four led light spinners. I was angry because two of the four mailed did not work. I also felt it was very hard to reach you. Fortunately you have Mary working for you. She is a calming influence and very good st customer service. She has responded to me twice. I never expected these spinners to last a long time but when they arrive broken it's very disappointing... especially when you are looking at children's faces. I have ordered six more. Some to replace the broken ones. It seems I can't learn the lesson about broken spinners. However don't ever let Mary leave your company... you need her.

I ordered a pair of UrBeats earbuds off of Itechdeals.com expecting them to be actual beats earbuds. When they arrived about a week after I ordered them, they were shipped in a plain white box wig no beats logo or anything and they didn't come in an actual beats package. I compared them to my actual UrBeats and found out that they were totally fake. The quality isn't terrible but I still was told that I'd get a brand new pair of actual Beats. Never use itechdeals.com unless you want fake stuff.
The deals are good, shipping is free, tracking is a little wacky... Had to return an item was pretty easy with prepaid label.
I would order from them again.
