Shipping of product takes forever. Their shipping consist of two steps.
1) Shipping from their supplier to iTechdeals [approx. 6-7 business days, not including the day of your purchase]
2) Shipping purchased product to customer depending on shipping method chosen.
For example, if you chose "expedited 2 day shipping" expect your purchase to take 7 days to arrive to their facility and 2 days expedited shipping from their facility to you [9 business days].
If you chose normal free shipping, expect 3 weeks + to receive your item.

I purchased a Macbook Air Early 2015 11inch, although the condition of the laptop came around "grade A" [scale from F- to A+] cosmetically, the internal lithium ion battery was leaking which can destroy the overall laptop. Now generally this would be a deal breaker for me, but iTechdeals was sure to offer me an excellent/functional replacement because I contacted them with 5 days [read their contract/ return policy before buying y'all]. Due to their great customer service and willingness to make sure I am satisfied after the incident, I am willing to purchase more items from them. I think you'll be very satisfied if you set your expectations accordingly after reading their return and shipping policy.
Nonetheless, regardless of hiccups the savings will trump any issues.
I unfortunately had to make a return, but Stacey and Jessica in Customer Support did a fantastic job handling my return quickly and without any hassle at all. It's that level of customer service that will keep me coming back! Thanks.
Not a bad company! I love their iPhone headphones and chargers. They're real apple certified for such a great price. It takes about 3 weeks to receive your product though. I wish they had a phone number for their customer service though.
My order failed to arrive. Tracking showed it had made it to Massachusetts and then vanished. Emailed customer service and "Susan" responded. She began trying to follow it (and Fedex was not helpful). I also contacted Fedex and they took no responsibility blaming iTechDeals and the post office. Susan was in constant contact with me, informing me about what she was trying to do, and sadly the lack of progress with Fedex. In the end I suggested she give up. She stopped as I had requested and quickly credited my card. She was upbeat, pleasant, and courteous throughout. I have made other purchases with no problem. Mary H.
Purchase the $100 worth of merchandise for $19.99 and got the oldest ipad charger, meat thermometer (No battery) and a lanyard to put around my neck. Total Scam! Stay Away!
Bought Powerbeats 2 here. Had issues from the start. Took them to an Apple store who told me they couldn't help me since the serial number on the headphones did not match what is in the system. They investigated the serial number to find that a pair of headphones of the same serial number had been already sent out for repair; therefore, any service to my headphones was denied. Itech then told me "they are real" but unfortunately everything is outside the 30-day return policy, THEY MUST BE FAKE!
Jessica was great at handling my order and its return. The item was not as described and did not setup correctly. I was provided the shipping label and instructions to return the item. The refund was processed immediately.
Their stuff is knock off not legit. Also most of these reviews are not legit.
I bought from them and they are giving me the run around.
I bought the powerbeats about 5 months ago and now one side of the headphones isn't working.
Contacted customer service and there is NOTHING they can do about it since it's outside the 30 days.
For the price I paid, these headphone shouldn't break and most of my friends own the same ones and never had problems with it.
Fake products and horrible customer service.
I bought what were supposed ti be Powerbeats 2 authentic and genuine. When I had a problem I took them to apple who said they are not genuine and the seriel number has been used 100 of times. I'm not getting an answer from iteckdeals.
Trash customer service and they're selling KNOCK OFF products! Do not purchase anything from this seller!
Helpful and courteous service. Deals are fantastic as they are the best prices I have seen around anywhere. Was so pleased with products, I bought some for Christmas presents for the family. I will definetly purchase from this company again.
I received an item I purchased a week ago. It arrived damaged and unusable. I contacted the company explaining and even sent pictures showing the item arrived broken and unusable. They claimed they would issue a replacement it has now been a week and absolutely nothing has been done. I have contacted customer service multiple times and still nothing has been done. Still havent received a replacement or even tracking and shipping showing one has been sent out. My recommendation is to be aware and stay away
I've made many purchases from iTechDeals.com before, but got a lemon product this last purchase. The return process was smooth as silk and the customer service was stellar. I appreciate good deals, but more importantly, great customer service!
Great products for an affordable price. This is the second time i've order the tech surprise box and I can't wait. The support I received when I had an error was exceptional as well.
Package never arrived. They said the problem was the USPS. I had to contact USPS to track package (which they never found). Finally got a refund 4 MONTHS after I ordered and only after pestering relentlessly. 2 stars because I did get my money back but what a hassle!
The package came in time. I had an issue with my package and was resolved by customer care quickly. Will recommend to others.
This company stands by the product they sell. If youre not happy with the merchandise you bought, they wont leave you helpless and will either replace or give you the refund you deserve. I wont think twice to order from them again!
After seeing my review on here I was contacted by customer service. She said theres a 30 day return policy and theres nothing else she can do. I paid $170 for fake beats and am stuck with a garbage product. Stay away you will get scammed!
Fake beats! Paid $160 for over the head beats (I had a real paid weeks before until they were stolen) these are FAKE. Not worth $30! The charger barely fits, Bluetooth goes in and out, and ear padding comes out every time I put it away. PIECE OF JUNK!
Unfortunately, the items I ordered where not what I thought they were. However, customer service was outstanding and allowed me to return the items for a refund.
Will definitely be ordering again in the future.
