At first I did not received confirmation for my order but support was excellent. I just received my order.
I had received an item that was damaged in shipping but customer service took care of everything and refunded promptly
I am displeased that no where on the site does it say that the item is 7 years old. Refurbished, yes.
The mac air that they sold me is a 2011 build. The one I am typing on is a 2014 build.
I would have never bought it if I knew it was that old.
Severely disappointed.

I was missing 4 orders and Jessica stayed on top of it until my boxes made it home. As I told her it must have went across country to get here. LOL! I got top notch customer service. Could not ask for anything better.

Bought airpod covers and item did not arrive, however, emailed customer service support and were quick to respond and send me another one. Jennifer assisted me and she was professional, courteous and prompt. Would definitely go back again and highly recommend to others!
I had an issue and they promptly helped me out. I buy often in the site and it is for a good reason.

I have purchased consumer electronics over the years from itechdeals and been very happy with quality and price. I recently had a problem with one item I bought. I was surprised a how quickly iTechDeals (Jessica in this case) responded. She handled my issue promptly and professionally. I came away with a new respect for this company!
I ordered the mystery box supposedly worth 99 dollars and what I got was complete junk. False advertisement at its best PLEASE stay away from these crooks...
I ordered the surprise box of tech, and they turned around and cancelled the order, and did not even let me know. I only found out about it because I got an email from Paypal letting me know that they had returned my payment. I sent their support department an email to ask why, and got an email from Jessica stating that my order was flagged as possible fraud, so my payment was cancelled, and no product would be shipped. Yet I had received 3 spam emails from them after my order was cancelled. So if they thought I was fraudulent, why did they continue to spam me? Simple answer: they are just using this deal to "harvest" emails. You may get a box of worthless junk, or you may get nothing, like I did, but they are guaranteed to get your valid email address to endlessly spam you and to sell/give to others. I ordered the surprise box of tech just as a test to see if I would want to order anything from iTechDeals in the future. Well, now I know. (Based on what I have read on this site, Jessica spends her off time uploading positive reviews to this website.)
Update: On Friday, July 27, I received an email from Jessica at itechdeals stating: "I will check with my manager and get back to you with an update ASAP.
Kindly bear with us." That was the last that I heard from itechdeals. Today is August 10, two weeks after she said that she said that she would get back to me ASAP. I think itechdeals believes that ASAP stands for As Slowly As Possible.
I ordered a phone charger 8 days ago, just now received confromation on shipping which still hasnt shipped based on tracking info. Pathetic something like that couldnt have been shipped in a couple days. This company needs to get there prioritys together. Wouldnt recommend them.

Having ordered plastic ear cups for headphones, the delivery they chose was regular postal delivery. The delivery took about 3 weeks, but upon noting the delay, Jessica was very conscientious and customer attentive to offering a replacement in the event of a longer delay.
They provided good customer service.

I unfortunately could not give them 0 stars. This company has the worst service ever. I have ordered from this scam website three times (I figured they wouldn't be this bad every time) and each purchase has been a nightmare. Two of the purchases took over 3 weeks to deliver. Once I finally check in with customer service, the product is "magically" in the delivery process. I'm not the one running the service and I shouldn't have to follow up after 2 weeks of no notice. The last purchase I made was shipped and being delivered, but after two weeks I got a notice stating there was an inventory error and I couldn't get my purchase and got my money back. Why did I get a tracking number and an email saying it was being shipped? There service is terrible and I would never wish their poor service on anybody. Waste of time.
I was taken care of when a product I had purchased did not work. Jessica was prompt and made a good decision as to what might be wrong with it and she issued a refund when it was determined that it would not work. She is an asset to your organization! Thank you Jessica.
I appreciate the efficient communication and prompt refund of my defective product. My product was defective and had no instruction with it. The company gave me continual efficient communication through the return process and refunded all my money.

Answer: I ordered a Refurbished Macbook Pro from these guys, I understand refurbished it would come with a few scratches etc. But what I got was a dented seriously scratched up and bent up Macbook Pro. It did not turn on so I did not even bother to charge it, when I contacted them and sent photos to get a return label and refund, they said the would have to speak to a supervisor. I opened a case with PayPal so they can help. I already know they're gonna delay. They do not send you advertised item and they are not wit to help you when you realize what kind of store they are. STAY AWAY BUY ELSEWHERE.
