I was very pleased with the time frame from the initial order to delivery. The product arrived, in a protective package but did not work. My experience Service was extraordinary and exemplary in resolving a customers complaint.
I was informed that my account would be credited for the defective merchandise.

At first I did not received confirmation for my order but support was excellent. I just received my order.

I had received an item that was damaged in shipping but customer service took care of everything and refunded promptly

I am displeased that no where on the site does it say that the item is 7 years old. Refurbished, yes.

The mac air that they sold me is a 2011 build. The one I am typing on is a 2014 build.

I would have never bought it if I knew it was that old.

Severely disappointed.

WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR BUYING FROM EVER AGAIN.

I was missing 4 orders and Jessica stayed on top of it until my boxes made it home. As I told her it must have went across country to get here. LOL! I got top notch customer service. Could not ask for anything better.

Bought airpod covers and item did not arrive, however, emailed customer service support and were quick to respond and send me another one. Jennifer assisted me and she was professional, courteous and prompt. Would definitely go back again and highly recommend to others!

I had an issue and they promptly helped me out. I buy often in the site and it is for a good reason.

Very good deal on airpods earpiece thingys, great customer service helped me out, i didn't get tracking number but order arrived soon after

I experienced great customer service from Jessica. The product I ordered was low cost and defective. She treated me as if I was the most important customer she has served. Refunded my money with a smile and invited me to give their products another chance. Thank you Jessica and iTechDeals.

I have purchased consumer electronics over the years from itechdeals and been very happy with quality and price. I recently had a problem with one item I bought. I was surprised a how quickly iTechDeals (Jessica in this case) responded. She handled my issue promptly and professionally. I came away with a new respect for this company!

I ordered the mystery box supposedly worth 99 dollars and what I got was complete junk. False advertisement at its best PLEASE stay away from these crooks...

I ordered a phone charger 8 days ago, just now received confromation on shipping which still hasnt shipped based on tracking info. Pathetic something like that couldnt have been shipped in a couple days. This company needs to get there prioritys together. Wouldnt recommend them.

Incidentally that item is defective and she is very much help full is accepting and processing my refund.

Having ordered plastic ear cups for headphones, the delivery they chose was regular postal delivery. The delivery took about 3 weeks, but upon noting the delay, Jessica was very conscientious and customer attentive to offering a replacement in the event of a longer delay.
They provided good customer service.

The customer service from iTechDeals was excellent and expedient with my order I would definitely buy from them again.

I appreciate the efficient communication and prompt refund of my defective product. My product was defective and had no instruction with it. The company gave me continual efficient communication through the return process and refunded all my money.
