It took almost a month to receive the product. It was very lightweight and stones were cloudy and looked fake.
I purchased my wife 3 different rings, the first time she wore one of them 2 blue stones fell out. When we read the warranty there was a 1 year warranty on the product. After contacting customer service we were told it would cost $ 35. In order to replace the ring. Stay away from this company and its product. Sincerely a Very disappointed and X customer

I purchased this ring 05/19/2021 to propose to my wife. It was everything I wanted and she loved it. She showed me the ring Sunday and it's already turning Brown. When I reached out to CS, I was told that that was normal, and that I should just exchange the ring. Which I was happy to do, but was told that I had to pay the $20 shipping although the ring is clearly defective or a fake. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I needed to wait 7 hours to speak to one due to being in Hong Kong. At this point, I wanted a return, but still was told that I needed to pay to return it. Obviously this company is a sham and I would suggest if you're thinking about ordering DON'T.

I ordered 2 rings by mistake. Total was $250. When I requested a refund, they said I could keep the rings and they would send me a pair of $90 earrings, which is ridiculous.
The company is in China although there is a California address on their website. I opened a case with Paypal to get my refund.
They sent me this message...
"Or if you would like to keep both items, we will send you a pair of earrings worth $90 as a gift. Please let me know your opinion."

Bought an eternity ring and within 6 months a stone fell out, I barely wear the ring due to my job so it had warranty within a year when I contacted the company they said just send in $50.00 and will send you a new ring, mind you I paid $80.00 so not sure how that warranty work, what a scam never will I buy from this company again

My order was delivered in a beautiful box with a gift. The products were totally impressive. I love it. I would come back and buy more for my daughters.
Be very careful returning anything! I purchased a ring and returned it well within the time. I did not pay attention to the rule of returning our UPS or FedEx with a tracking number. My mistake. They are unwilling to look in their computer and see if the item was returned. They said without a tracking number, they won't even look. So I am out $115.00 and there's apparently nothing I can do. I asked the representative to just look and see if it shows as being returned, and he said they just don't do that. What? I have the date it was returned, the order number, and my email address said it was ordered through. They don't care.

I purchased a ring in December of last year. The ring was the wrong size and was returned January 13th as instructed by Italo and they would send the correct size. I have called them and emailed endlessly with no response. This is very disappointing as the ring that arrived was beautiful and I would like it replaced with the correct size. My initial interaction about the return was positive however it is now 5 months later and no response or replacement.

I purchased a ring for 155. It was nothing like the picture so I exchanged it. I should have been given an exchange refund because the second ring was cheaper than the first. They are not going to give me that refund because that is for restocking they said. And now they won't let me return the second ring that is also crap. Do not buy from this company. They are in China.
I just received the ring I ordered and am extremely disappointed. I will be returning this and requesting a complete refund.
I have contacted them to get either a replacement ring or an envelope to mail this one back (without me paying a ton for shipping) to get the ring repaired- within one week the stone came out while my girfriend was relaxing in bed.
I am awaiting to see if they will send me a new ring or fix this one without charging me because the WARRANTY stated any manufacturer defects would be covered and this definitely would be considered one.
My order was from paypal *******@gmail.com and I emailed them about the issue - if they resolve it I will change this feedback to a positive one but until then i will leave this review up so others are warned.
Paid March 20th, received later in april and stone was out within 7 days of AT HOME wearing (no hard activity no exercising no anything that could cause this)
I ordered a tennis necklace and am very happy with it. It arrived quickly and it is stunning. Very sparkly and is very sturdy so it shouldn't break. I did have trouble opening the clasp so the company sent me a video on how to do it. No problem now. This is the first item I have bought from them so I can only speak to this, but you should be fine if you decide to purchase something.
Need I say more? I received my ring that was too small, & when I emailed requesting an explanation, the agent said *"6.5... 6, it's not much difference in size." I said if your company states that you can make it in that size, do it! The lack of professionalism is incomprehensible! Require that they send a picture of your purchased ring measuring the size you ordered before they ship it to you, or save your hard earned money!
Be aware! If you decide to return your parcel, they will deduct their shipping cost to you. In my case it was $20, although it said that the shipping was free. They shipped it via HDL, that I never asked for. Be careful.

My expectations about the timely delivery of the necklace was not sky high but receiving the parcel in time made me glad. I ordered my ring, and paid extra to have it delivered in 2 business days. They sent me an email stating my order was ready, and shipped. I got an email the next day stating my order would be here in 2 WEEKS! When I emailed the company, they said it takes 7-15 days to process order, and 2 days from when it was shipped, and proceeded to give me a tracking number. I told them my order had been shipped, "why is it taking 2 weeks to get here". The answer was COVID. I get that I do... so then don't offer, and take, a fee to have the order expedited! I said I understood, but could I please have a refund of the fee I paid to have it delivered in 2 business days... NOTHING!
I purchased a simulated white sapphire engagement ring and ordered a size 5 3/4. The ring was NOT true to size. I took it to a jeweler because it was so loose, and they measured it as almost a 6 1/2, so buyer beware! I like the ring, but have to have it sized down. I won't return it because I honestly wouldn't know what size to exchange it for! So size down if you're going to order from this company. They are a Chinese company too so it took two weeks for my item to arrive- not too bad but I had to contact them for the tracking since the one they emailed me did not work..
