Fiance purchased a ring from them. It looked great in the photo. It is a white gold ring, with rose gold trimand a white topaz. The so called rose gold faded and when i contacted them they refused to replace it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE THERE JEWELRY LOOKS GOOD BUT IS SHODDY.

I have purchased a ring and a bracelet from Italo Jewelry and both items were beautiful and very well made. The pictures show how much they sparkle and they really do. This is a safe company not a scam. Delivery time was right on time. My questions were answered very quickly. I would buy again.

I will not recomen anybody to buy from them, I had a very bad experience with them, never came in on time and when I got the it was wrong I try to return it and they keep saying that is engraved witch I can't see the letters any ware so I can't return it they will not give me the address to return it, I post the picture of what I ordered and what I got I will never buy nothing from them anymore I don't see any name engraved like in their sample this is a pic of what I ordered and the pic of what I got

This group is vile, they could care less about making things right. Stone fell out of the ring, and the necklace turned a bright brass color. If you are smart and want something like this look at Fantasy Jewels. But do yourself a favor and do not order anything from them

I purchased 2 rings and they look like chromed out Claire's toys. Their customer service is poor. Do not purchase unless you want to pay hefty shipping return fees.

Throw away jewelery. Five stones fell out of the ring. Italo jewelry customer service gave me the run around before finally offering to replace it if I paid $20 for shipping. Amazon sells the same ring for much less.

This is the worst company ever, they are dishonest and are only trying to scam you for money. DO NOT purchase anything from them you will definitely regret it... Buyers Beware!?!

Be sure you get your shipping address correct. The default is to ship to your PayPal address. Perhaps there is a way to alter the shipping address from inside of the PayPal authorization, but it must be subtle and I missed it thinking at some point in the checkout process I would be asked for a shipping address.

There is no way to correct an incorrect address which I attempted immediately. My problem was I needed the jewelry to be where I was going to be on the East coast of the US and it would not arrive at my home before I left.

Customer service is difficult to access. The phone is never answered including during their supposed hours. Emails are ignored too. Starting a complaint in PayPal DID get their attention finally, and at that point I was able to request a refund, however I needed to be persistent, with them first offering credit against another order etc.

In the end, I shipped the unopened order back and got my money back, but the whole process took a lot of back and forth. Because they refunded my money, they get two stars. I have no comment on the jewelry since I shipped it back unopened.

This is my second purchase with Italo and I am very happy - first the promise ring and now the engagement ring. Always delivered in time and the rings are perfect

Awful customer service! I returned a ring and did NOT receive a refund. Months of communication. This seems to be the most underhanded business. Shop Ítalo Jewelry at your own peril. I've never experienced a worse shopping experience.

The "stones" look good in photos but not so much in reality. Within a few wearings, a stone fell out. Italo is not honoring the warranty, asking first for $65 to "replace" it, then $55 and today $40 but they can't make any guarantees since shipping to Hong Kong is not guaranteed. So they are not a California company after all! Don't waste your money on this junk.

Italo Jewellery sells some absolutely beautiful jewellery for really affordable prices! The sapphires are super sparkly, and have really great quality as well

I have always wanted a diamond and sapphire ring, my birthstone. I saw an ad for Italo Jewelry and they had the ring, my dream ring. A beautiful triple band with 2 rows of "diamonds" and a middle row of blue sapphires. It was stunning, big, bold, very expensive looking, and within my price range. When it was delivered, I was shocked and amazed by how beautiful the ring is. Every time I wear my ring from Italo Jewelry, I get comments and compliments. I always tell people the price first and tell them to go home, jump online to find their dream piece of jewelry at Italo Jewelry. With the holidays coming up this would be the perfect time to buy from Italo Jewelry and get that big bold piece you always wanted. Why wait for someone to buy it for you? Italo Jewelry is a BIG fraud. They act as a company from the United States but they are from China. If you purchase a product they will not return the product. DO NOT purchase from them or any of these companies from CHINA. The jewelry is CHEAP looking and it look like bubble gum machine rings.
