I purchased a ring from them, wore it maybe 3 times and a stone fell out. When I contacted then, I was told I needed to send them $45 (great racket, sell cheap jewelry and when it breaks hit people up for more money). I said, NO keep your cheap junk. I was then offered a new item in the same price range (something that should have been done to begin with). Well, of course, the new item never arrives, because they never sent it out.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are located in CHINA, which you won't find out until your item actually arrives! Buy American!

Just what I expected made in China distribution sweat factory products …. I've had better for cheaper! That yellow gold is ugly! They think poorPeople are so gullible, desperate to get crap and won't see pass those fake looking supposedlyCZ.

I really love my rings and also it is a very nice detail to send a pair of earings as a gift! I've done 2 purchase orders by now and both of them were delivered in perfect time and conditions. I've already ordered my third buy and now I'm waiting to receive it.
The quality of each piece is great, of course I'll recommend you with all my friends!

Happy at first then less than 2 months a stone fell out and I can't get in touch to exchange it. Agents are never available and they won't respond to my emails! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not happy I bought ring!

I ordered a ring Feb. 8 2022 which was charged to my credit card. So far no ring, plus the company is not getting back to me. They gave me a tracking number which "Could not be found". Help!

I ordered a 3 ring set from Italo, and it arrived with a missing stone. I notified the company about this, and they requested to see a photo of the ring with the missing stone. I promptly submitted a photo showing the damaged item. Since that time, despite my repeated attempts to contact Italo through phone, chat, and multiple messages, I have never again received any response from them. I am unable to get a human on the phone, or via chat. Also, since notifying Italo of the missing stone in the item I received, an additional stone has fallen out. I am very disappointed in the customer service offered by this company. I hope that by leaving this review, they will take note, and contact me regarding a replacement of my damaged purchase.

Ordered a ring... took a long time to receive as it comes from China. Ring ended up not being what I wanted. According to the website: "If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 60 days from the delivery date, we will process your return request." So, yes, they live up to "processing your return request", but then it's a hard stop. Nowhere in this policy does it promise your money back. Customers have come to assume that legitimate companies will offer (and want to offer) this to their customers, as this creates customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction apparently is not a priority for Italo. The response from Italo offered the same options as other posts: exchange the item for a $90 pair of earrings, or keep the item and receive a $15 refund. Shame on me... I got hooked with a bait and switch. Shame on Italo for being $$$ driven. Overall, I would NOT recommend ordering anything from this company no matter how mesmerizing the photos on their website appear. I wish I would have found this site and read these comments before ordering. Walk away my friends, there are plenty of other places to find quality jewelry.

This is my Daughter In Laws wedding set. It was just over $200 for all three rings.
The plating of some sort is coming off the bottom of the bands.
She left messages at customer service and also emailed them. They haven't responded.

I'm in love with my Pear shaped amethyst ring. It is beautiful, elegant and dainty. It shines with brilliance. I love it.

I placed an order for a ring on 11/4/21. The item did not arrive within the committed to timeframe, so I contacted Italo via email by replying to my order confirmation email. They sent the tracking number; however the package was cited as "undeliverable no such address". I receive packages often, so that is not true. My address was verified repeatedly and correct within the tracking information. They finally agreed to "re-send". Again, the package was late so I contacted them again. The same issue occurred. The tracking info must've been fraudulent. I have contacted Italo Jewelers 10 times (seriously!) since mid-November about not receiving the merchandise and then seeking a refund. Although they reply and promise a refund will be processed, I have yet to receive a refund confirmation from PayPal. Since it's PayPal, I can't dispute the charge until it's been 180 days. I plastered their social media with warnings to other consumers and reported their scamming practices to the Better Business Bureau.

I recently bought earrings from Italo fine jewellery. The earrings are beautiful. They also sent another pair of earrings as a gift. They are pretty too. I love the quality and look of the earrings. Highly recommend their products.

So incredibly disappointed with my purchase. Purchased earrings in November. According to the website I would receive them in plenty of time for Christmas. Almost a month goes by, still hasn't shipped. So I realize they won't arrive before I go away for Christmas, so I cancel my order. Shouldn't be a problem, they haven't shipped yet. Well the very next day magically they ship. A day after I try and cancel. I email them again, saying how this is a coincidence. I am away for Christmas and the package arrives, but because no signature is required for delivery, they are left at my front door. I am out of town. Package stolen. Have been going back and forth with them, and they'd like me to repay the $20 shipping and they will send me new earrings and won't allow me to return to get a refund. So I'm just out $150. Very disappointing.

I ordered on the 17th of December. When I placed my order, I was told that the turn around time INCLUDING shipping was 10 business days. That was fine with me. I even paid the $20 for 2 day shipping in hopes of speeding up the process. Here we are 20 days later and my order is still processing. The customer service line NEVER connects to anyone (I tried over 20 times) just lets you leave a voicemail that no one returns, email support is always lost in translation and takes 24 hours per email, and I still haven't heard back from the "chat" option you can do on their website (done 8 days ago). The FASTEST response, I will say, is to message them on facebook. I understand that the holidays there is an influx of orders, but they should be CLEAR when people order than it could take a MONTH to get your order, rather than saying 10 days. When I asked if I could be refunded the express shipping, they told me if it was refunded, it would take an additional 10-15 days. That is awful customer service. From there, they told me they would rush my order and I would have tracking in 4-6 days. Today makes 8 days since then. I sure hope the jewelry is worth it, because so far, my experience has been very unpleasant.

Ich habe bereits das dritte Mal bei Italo bestellt. Das erste Mal war ich verwundert als nach über drei Wochen immer noch keine Bestellung da war, ich schrieb den Kundenservice über Instagram an und mein Schmuck war innerhalb einer Woche mit FedEx da. Da der Schmuck wirklich schön und gut verarbeitet ist habe ich nochmals zwei Bestellungen getätigt. Auch diesmal wieder sehr viel längere Lieferzeit als angegeben. Ich wurde von Mal zu Mal vertröstet und habe fast 5wochen warten müssen, da ich ja kostenlosen Versand gewählt habe hiess es. Diesmal wurde auch nicht mit FedEx sondern mit der Post gesendet. Obwohl ich auch bei meiner ersten Bestellung kostenlosen Versand gewählt habe.
Der Schmuck ist wirklich funkelnd und sehr schön verarbeitet. Leider war mir ein Armband viel zu groß und hat überhaupt nicht meiner bestellten Größe entsprochen. Ich habe von anderen Kunden erfahre, das zwar Garantie und Umtausch angeboten wird aber das es sehr umständlich ist und man die Rücksendung selbst bezahlen muss. So habe ich mich entschieden es beim Juwelier auf eigene Kosten kürzen zu lassen. Sehr ärgerlich wenn man nicht die Größe erhält die man bestellt hat.
Bei einem paar Ohringe fehlt der Verschluss. Hab ihn mit einem anderen den ich habe ersetzt.
Ich habe wirklich bei jeder einzelnen Bestellung mehrere Hundert Dollar bezahlt, und der Schmuck ist auch wirklich sehr schön funkelnd. Aber da darf das eben nicht passieren das ein Verschluss fehlt und man ein viel zu größere Armband erhält. Sehr schade, da ich jetzt nochmal einiges fürs ändern bezahlen muss.

I had to fight through PayPal for a refund. Seller kept trying to make me pay more to keep items. They have return addresses all over the US but label underneath US label was an address in China. AWFUL experience. Stay away!

I purchased a pair of pink dangle earrings in October. They came damaged. From that moment on, I have been insulted, disrespected, and discriminated against. This by far is the absolute worst company that I have ever dealt with…. EVER. They won't even replace the earring and won't give me a refund! They want me to pay for shipping of the return of Their damaged merchandise! Their stuff is cheap cheap cheap… like dollar store cheap! Don't waste you money and definitely don't waste your time. They can't even speak English. It's a translation phone call. Made all these promises to send me a new replacement earring and here I am in December holding a broken pair that I pains over $100. Dollars for that are totally useless! I'd give them a big fat -0- all around. A terrible company to deal with. All promises with no follow through. Plus the actual earrings look nothing like the pictures. If you have somewhat of a high standard for quality, run in the other direction with this company. Total crap!

I bought a ring set and it's supposed to be engraved I got it but they never engraved any name I been trying to return it I just want my money back I don't want the rings anymore and they are not giving me the return address to send it back I been dealing with this problem for more than a month and still I have no response from them I will never buy again nothing from them anymore.
