They are using stolen pictures from high end jewelers and stolen designs. It's all garbage. The good reviews on here are obviously fake. Don't order from them.

So many excuses from customer services that this company does not want repeat business at all. I told them in the end to keep their money.
I got charged 109 euro for Italo not sending the package according to international shipping directions. Which is almost as much as the item I purchased. But what made it worse was the quality of the product. Stone was so bad it made me laugh. I would have priced it at 20 EURO from some pop-up store.
I really dont understand the positive reviews being given here.
ALSO - facebook has no negative reviews. They are deleting 90% of all the negative comments.

Absolutely love the detailed, high quality of product received, the communication and just the whole service in general. Very pleased.
Stay away. Worst customer service ever. I paid for expedited shipping and when I noticed the ring hadn't been shipped I reached out and only then they shipped it. It arrived AFTER it was supposed to (Valentines) because they didn't ship it on time. When I wanted to return it they emailed me back and forth 14 times refusing to give me a return address and instead offering to exchange it or credit me back $20. Finally I was able to return it and they only refunded the cost of the ring not the original expedited shipping nor the cost to ship it back to them. Lost $30.

Website clearly states 30 day return policy for any reason. They refuse to provide return information, and keep giving excuses for why they cannot even give me the return address. Terrible company, terrible service, and a scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - you will find much better jewelry for lower cost elsewhere. And you will deal with a real company who stands by the promises they make.
