Beware! These people are crooks, they kept my hard earned money. On 4/9/2020 I purchased a Balmain Blazer. The Blazer arrived Faulty, wrinkled, with lint on on the fabric and a noticeable stain on the collar. The blazer did not seemed new. I immediately requested a return label from Italist and shipped the blazer back as directed and requested a full refund. To my surprise Italist only refunded part of my money. Sent several emails to customer service, some I received a reply from Lorenzo who did not specify how much my refund would be only advised it was going to be refunded within 48 hrs, Lorenzo never replied to my last email requesting the full refund paid for a new blazer totaling $1084. 57. Italist refunded the amount of $ 933.69 keeping $150.88 off my money. This is a ripped off they have the blazer which they will resale and kept money that is not theirs, they claim the money is to pay for return shipping costs and for duties and courier fees which I as a customer should not have to pay for a defective item. These charges are also weird when they are located in Los Angeles. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE, UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY!

Just be aware that you have to pick the right size of your goods or the costs of return is not cheap. The first order I bought was a shirt and it was a little tight but I decided to keep it as the costs on reorder and return the item was not worth it. Afterthat, I bought other stuffs and I have no problem with it and the shipment was fast. Overall, it was an enjoyable shopping experience online and the customer services was good from Claudia.

I received my Salvatore Ferragamo button down shirt which I almost spent over $*******@Neiman Marcus. Got in on sale, saved hundreds. I must have ordered close to 10 items from Italist in the past never had an issue. I have returned 1 or 2 things in the past and never had an issue. I read the reviews and find it unfair to the site so I come here to let you know they're legit. Problem is only those who had negative experiances find the energy to post negative comments. I beg to differ and will continue to order from Italist.

Buyer beware. If anything goes wrong with your order or if you have questions the customer service is non-existent. You cannot actually speak to a person. I purchased a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes and mistakenly ordered a 35.5 rather then a 38.5. I missed the return window by a day or two not realizing it was only 14 days. All of my email attempts from the link on their site would not go through, just stayed in my outbox with an error message. I was only able to make a request for communication through their online chat and asked if I could get a credit or even even pay a restocking fee, anything. I had to wait a day for response and they simply sent me a link to a promotional company video.
I screwed u. I ordered the wrong size and didn't look at their return policy, my mistakes but what would it have cost them to make an exception and accept a return a couple of days past the deadline? They don't pay anything for return shipping anyway. Now I have to figure out how to try and resell these shoes or I am out $300. I scrubbed the internet for a phone number to reach someone there. You cannot find one.

We are really sorry about your experience and we understand your complaint.
We import original luxury products directly from the best boutiques in Italy where prices are lower (up to 30% less). As per our terms and conditions and according to the US law, we wouldn’t be able to keep our prices offering a free return. In fact, when you return the product it has to be shipped back to one of the boutiques in Italy.
We would like international shipping with DHL express to be cheaper but unfortunately, it costs money to ship items back and deal with the custom.
We would be glad to better investigate your case but we cannot detect it as d4afc031. Could you please share your order Id or email?

Ordered a pair of "Saint Laurent SL24" sneakers (https://www.italist.com/au/women/shoes/sneakers/saint-laurent-sl24-sneakers/*******/*******/saint-laurent) but received a pair of stilettos instead. When I tried to contact the site about the error I received NO REPLY (except for automated emails) after many attempts over a 2 week period. Very frustrated!

Answer: I ordered a Burberry wallet for half the price and it was new and 100% authentic! It came from Italy in less than 5 days! Superb and efficient service and delivery!
Answer: Used it recently and I was able to authenticate the pants I purchased are 100% real. I was so happy since I got them at a huge discount!
