1 раз действительно помогли, но следующие разы начали просто игнорировать, у меня редко бывают задания, я пытаюсь все выполнить, и когда у меня появилось задания, я установил игру и за 2 дня и 2 ночи выполнил условие( 100 уровней) даже пепевыполнил пока ждал ответ от поддержки, после пересмотра" тупо "заблокировали задания ничего не добавили и игнорируют все обращения,

I was more than happy to leave this review when invited to do so. I had an issue with my account, I was not credited for an offer I did. I waited, hoping there was a delay. Unfortunately, an hour later the problem was still there. I sighed as i imagined having to send an email to support. The headache of having to explain and then wait for response. I was pleasantly suprised to get the automatic email acknowledging my ticket and then the response. Great customer service. Very polite and professional. Got quick results. It is refreshing in this day and age to come across a customer service or support department that actually makes you feel they are listening to your concerns. So you can he relieved if you have to send in that support ticket. You're in good hands.

I had an app for csgo skins. They used to give some coins. Then when it re endered the app no coins ever received. I was scammed and never got any coins. Still waiting for about 2,200 coins. They denied like i didnt so something right when i did everything perfectly but they stop replying or said what i did wrong for them. Sad because i lost my trust and wasted my time. One of the app was looney tunes that never got the coins in case u want to know.

I completed an offer but was not given the points so I opened a ticket and my problem was resolved within a few days and the 600 points put into my account. Very happy with the process!

Often times support from these applications approach as though it is an inconvenience to inquire about your reward. How often I had in preblem like "Yet not Installed".
Without really believing it I sent a ticket.
And in less than an hour, I had a positive response and my recompence.

Я в этом приложении недавно и всё мне нравилось но произошла проблема и мне не начислили баллы за прохождение одной игры я написала в группу поддержки и мне ответили. Предоставив скриншоты с доказательствами о том что я всё сделала правильно мне конечно же пришлось подождать несколько дней и я была приятно удивлена что мне заплатили баллы за эту игру. Огромное спасибо группе поддержки буду и дальше пользоваться этим приложением.

I know ironsource from the choeaedol app. So at first i was very interested when choeaedol provided games and could get hearts when i finished the mission. But one day when I finished the mission I didn't get a heart, I contacted the iron by clicking missing hearts. And yeah iron is very kind and very fast in responding, within 24 hours I've got a heart.

Support ticket submission (through ironSource) was broken on all platforms. Took over a week to find a working contact email for ironSource, even working with their ad partner (Kongregate) to find it. Took almost another week to get a response, then two more weeks to get my issue corrected.
