I am RohanKT25 playing your game for about 3 months and i sorry to say that i have completed the task of candy crush saga and harvest land but till now i didn't get my credits and todag i got a mail that it is approved that your request of Candy crush saga that you are completed your task and we have sent your reward (Credits) but when i check by opening the game i found that till now i did not get my reward i mean credits. Here are some evidence so that you can trust me. So please, its my request to you that give my credits as soon as possible.

After not getting my gems for two days i simply went through the process and received them. This only took about 1 hour.

I never seen the app like this before. This app is awesome. I recommend everyone to use this app because this app pays out real money. But sometimes there is little bit problem when finishing tasks, like even if you finish the task, it wont show complete. And sometimes the problem occur when you try to payout. But once you send mail to the customer service then they will help you to solve the problem.

I had previously an issue with a game app which promised me an amount of points for an offer I've completed but it didn't. So I decided to send a ticket, reading that it could've taken max 3 business days for them to solve it. Sad and annoyed I decided so to wait. But in just a few couple of hours they already solved it and gave me back my points! I'm really thankful for the support, it just made my day.
EDIT: Woke up this morning and the missing reward gems outlined below were delivered in game. Assuming this post had to do with it, but thank you for correcting this situation. As promised, updating my review.
My first ticket experience was terrible. Followed the instructions, first time install, etc. Completed the gem requirements, didn't receive reward. Opened a ticket, was told it would be looked into. Never heard back again, followed up weeks later and still haven't received a response. I'll attach proof here that I completed the requirement. Maybe this will get them to deliver as promised, and if they do, I'll upgrade my rating to 5 stars.
2nd ticket was much better, I completed the requirements but didn't receive the gems for 2 days. Opened a ticket and got a response the next day along with my reward in game.
