Super quick service! My issue was fixed the same day and on the weekend no less. I'm really happy with it.
Had a delay on rewards being applied to my account, so I sent them a screenshot where you could see the completion progress and the reward of gold bars were still pending. After a quick confirmation email, the issue was resolved after a couple of hours.

I had a problem installing one of the games that earns you extra gems, thought I had worked out the problem only to find out after completing the task to earn the extra gems found that the app didn't install.
So I contacted support they went in to my account and fixed the problem and awarded me the gems I had earned with 24 hours. I was actually surprise I even got a response, but to have everything fixed and credited. Way to go support team. Two thumbs up from me for sure.

I went into this thinking that they wouldn't reply back but as a matter of fact they did! And I got my rewards in a day after I let them know.
I lost my game an contact support to just help me get my game back an they gave me my gold. They was very fast on helping me with the problem thanks for all your help
Messaged customer support as i did not recieve the gold coins for a game after completing a gold offer. To my suprise they replied the next morning plus had granted the gold. I almost didnt bother trying but im quite pleasently suprised it was actually fixed in a timely fashion.

The credit of the coins for finishing my mission in a game was inicially denied, without any justification.
I sent a print screen with the prove and the coins were still denied, not giving me a particular reason, but instead only showing a list of possibilities.
Finally, for my surprise, they review the situation and the credit was made

I was missing some points for a completed offer and it was taken care of quickly after I submitted my ticket. No problem with anything. Received the missing points in a few hours.

This is the first time I've had an issue with rewards not being credited. After contacting support and providing the required photos for proof of offer completion, they resolved the problem within an hour! Customer service is definitely on point. I suspect some of the negative reviewers did not check their junk mail.

I had problem with wall offer. I completed the requirements almost four months ago, and waited 60 days for the confirmation, and another two months of fighting for my earned gems. I received five same messages for my issue (just copy and paste crap), I had to write three seperate tickets because they were closed without acknowleding the proof I sent. Additionally I send same confirmation multiple time, they have no idea whats going on, there is no communication between workers and with customer. Terrible experience, terrible contact, one of the worst experience I ever had.
After four months I finally did get my gems, but the fun is long gone. Never gona use offerwall again, mostlikely I will quit anyway after year or two playing...
Answer: Only standarized answers from bots saying "NO"...
