I was completing the offer that had four rewards: the first reward was to reach level 50, the second level was 100, the third level was 250 and the fourth level was 500. I am now level 257, I received the first and third rewards but did not give the second one. The supplier has not approved! Is it possible? Well, ask them why they do not approve, why should we lie when there is evidence and reason.

Beware of this game 5x Gold Promotion that they use. On Saturday September 25th. War Robots was running a promotion for Gold within it's game system. Which is Gold needed to upgrade weapon, bots, pilots, etc… I purchase $135 product in exchange for 96k in Gold. I thought that was a awesome deal compared to what the actual war robots offer in the game. The product that I purchase was OIL of OLAY for my wife and other items came with it. The company that War Robots use to market this through their site is IRONSRC.COM, I sent several emails since Saturday. I never got a response on a ticket number 4x that I created one. The only response I received since Saturday was "someone will contact you" well today is Wednesday no one contacted me. I have a email confirmation that the product was shipped and payment was confirm. The product arrived but no gold credited to my War robots account. I sent several messages in War robots just to have them closed with no response. The company Ironsrc. I finally found a phone number and spoke with a gentleman yesterday and he tol me the sale is final and no refund. And it don't matter if I didn't get my gold thru war robots therefore I am calling this fraud and thief. I guess I have to post this on every platform available to get War Robots to respond and fix that problem. I was suppose to received my gold once confirmation of purchase was confirm. I sent the confirmation of purchase and that the item was shipped and still no Gold posted to my account. Now I spent extra money to make the upgrades that I was looking to do on Saturday. Very disappointed with being rip off.

Gems were rewarded in a timely and professional manner and were actually doubled. So 5 stars all the way! I was VERY impressed.

I had rewards that were not credited to my account. Within a few hours, this problem was remedied, the communication was immediate.

For the past several months I'd have to say Ironsource to doing a great job fixing Award Wall issues.

I am currently having another issue and hope it is treated just as fairly and honestly.
