I subscribed to ipsy about two months ago and I have yet to receive any bag! I've been charged for both of them but here we are close to the end of June and I still haven't got any. I have been trying to find a way to contact ipsy but you can't find it on the website and I can't find a way to cancel my account either. It's all pretty shady if you ask me. Don't subscribe /:
Soooo yeah they took my money and haven't even recievedo my first bag yet! It's been a few weeks don't think it should take this long...
Not worth 10$ and the whole long personalization process is pointless cause they don't use it. All of the products I received were nothing close to flattering on my skin complexion. Also the products are cheap and good for maybe 1 use. I would recommend birch box if you want a beauty box with bigger items and worth your money
I am happy with Ipsy, I love to see the new bag and a few items I have received I will start buying. So far only 1 lip color wasn't my style. I have had this subscription for 4 months. If I am not into a product I pass it on to my daughter to try out.
You keep sending me products that are not even close to my preferences and my June bag has not even arrived yet. You need to address the problems of late shipments and be more proactive with customer concerns. You charged my credit card without fail on the 1st. Get it together or I will be canceling my account.
Ipsy is a very good deal to me. Once they understood my likes and dislikes(which I needed to provide them to know what I really want) I am extremely pleased with it and my other statement was quite premature. I really enjoy it. Go for it ladies!
I have been trying to contact Ipsy.com for about a week now. I am helping an elderly man because someone is charging products to his bank card. He never ordered beauty products. Ipsy doesn't have a phone number to call anymore and everything is done by email. In the meantime, it is taking 2-3 days for them to respond to my emails and they say the same things. Sorry for your wait and that is about it. I just want to know where the products are being sent and to cancel this man's account with them.
Be cautious when using Ipsy because I believe that it is incredibly hard to cancel your account or get any sort of information.
This was such a frustrating experience. In one word... LAME. I signed up, was put on a "waiting list" unless I shared their site on social media, which I did, only to receive my product bag 6 weeks later! You fill out pages of personal preferences, only to be sent useless items. NOTHING in my bag was even close to my preferences. I put down that I don't wear eye make up, and I wear neutral lip colors; what I received was eye shadow, eye liner, pink blush, and clown red lipstick. It went straight in the garbage and I canceled my subscription that day. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY on this lame company!
I joined ipsy and was put on a wait list. I never heard anything again. I noticed my credit card was charged but I have never received anything from them. I contacted ipsy so they could credit my card back the amount I was charged. I also deleted my profile/subscription. They emailed me back stating they would resend my "glam bag". I again responded to them and told them I already deleted my account, just refund my card. They responded saying they do not do refunds... Well, I never received the product, not even interested in it at this point. I joined almost 2 months ago and have never received anything.
I've never had issues with Birch Box.
Love the products but in the process of moving and when I go to update my information it's as if I'm not a member... My info is not there... Tried sending several emails to their ipsycare and no response... And there is no customer service number to contact... Ipsy can you please contact me
I wanted to try Ipsy because I don't like spending big money on luxuries (like makeup), but this gave me an opportunity to try some at a more affordable price. I signed up for the subscription and was prompted with a message that said if I shared said subscription on my social media pages, I would not be placed on a waiting list... So you want me to provide you with FREE marketing for me to receive a product that I have yet to even try for my self?! I don't think so! I'm not going to testify/support a product, company, whatever, that I have no experience with... So I was placed on the waiting list, and at first, I was fine with it, but after a month passed, I got suspicious since I didn't hear anything, but was still receiving their emails. Just for s's and giggles, I checked my bank account one day, and wouldn't you know it... THEY BILLED ME FOR A BAG I DID NOT RECIEVE! Nor did they even tell me I wasn't on the waiting list anymore. I contacted them to be removed from the subscription and to get a refund. Their response: your bag is set to be shipped in a few days. Once you receive your Glam Bag, you may send it back unopened for a full refund, and of course I would have to pay for the return postage. >:/
I decided to keep my bag (just to be done with it!). The items I did receive were good products, but because of their shoddy customer service, I will be exploring other monthly beauty subscriptions. Oh!... and to top it off, the day after I cancelled my subscription, they had the gull to send me a "We miss you" email. Ipsy can suck it!
2 tips to keep in mind for better bags, when you do the beauty profile, only mark your top 2 or 3 items. You will still get others. And also review the items after u receive your bag, and the longer you are with them, the more tailored it is, so don't forget to do that and it also gives you points to redeem goodies! The value of my bag this month was 70 bucks!
Your one job is to put a glam bag in an envelope and mail it. What I got was an empty envelope with two postcards. Charged $10 for two postcards. You have got to be kidding me. Canceling subscription.
By completing my required profile on the site when signing up, I thought that Ipsy would tailor my samples as they said they would. For instance, the color pink is not in my color wheel. I specified that in this arduous profile when signing up. All I received was PINK whenever I got Polish or lipstick. So, I imagine they just throw whatever into your bag, but the profile questionnaire is supposed to make you feel like you are being considered when you are first singing up. And the bags--no. Way too juvenile aesthetically for me. I gave them to a friend and I think her 4 year old uses them as crayon bags. I received a total of 4 Ipsy bags. Oct through Jan then cancelled. Just wasnt impressed enough with the tiny samples of useable products to continue. I never received a deluxe sample of anything. I can go to my beauty counter here and receive free samples that are of use.
The lipstick was the perfect color, and I had never used a highlighter before, but went to the website to learn how to use it... It is great! Looking forward to the May bag!
I signed up for ipsy in April. Immediately was taken off the wait list and received an email saying I would receive my April glam bag soon. May has come around, I still haven't received the glam bag I was charged for in April, nor have I received any sort of tracking information. I emailed the company back and forth asking where my April glam bag was and I just received what seemed as an automated response of "we're sorry you're having issues, you will receive your tracking information soon." I email the company again telling them I changed my address (I waited until the end of April to do so, for May) and inquired about my April glam bag, and why I was charged if nothing was received. I made them aware of the upcoming move, and told them I changed my address at the end of April as to receive my May glam bag without issues. My email was very clear and concise, and they interpreted it as "we don't reimburse for address changes, but we know stuff happens so we can make an exception." Keep in mind I said nothing about not receiving my April glam bag BECAUSE of the address change, I just hadn't received t at all. I looked back at my email as to give them the benefit of the doubt that possibly there was chance for misinterpretation... I just don't understand the incompetence. With that being said, I don't have much faith in a company who conducts all their business through email. I went ahead and cancelled my subscription as not to deal with any future hassle. Sure, they have potential and I'm sure there are many success stories - but in my opinion it's quite unprofessional to get back to someone two-three (at times it was four days!) about a product you're paying for and not receiving.
The last 2 months I have not received my Ipsy. What is going on? Money taken from my bank but no glamor bags. Have been with Ipsy over a year now, but am ready to cancel now. And get a refund
Because of Ipsy I have tried products that I would have been skeptical to buy. I at least get to try it out and if I like it I can always go through the Ipsy site to get a % off.
I love this site because i pay $10.00 a month for free makeup and all i have to do is review them. The makeup i have getting so far i love them all i never had a problem with it. This is a good site.
I started ipsy after I saw what the YouTuber KathleenLights got in her bags. I've never had an issue with ipsy and always get things that I can use (except for one thing, because it's for people that blow dry their hair and I don't blow dry mine). Thanks to ipsy, I now have a complete make up brush collection, a new favorite mascara, and have added more to my make up collection. They send good sized samples, deluxe samples, and full size products. I love that I can review everything and get points to redeem later on. I really don't understand why ipsy is getting sooo many bad reviews. No one I know of (and I know about 10 people that receive ipsy) has ever had any problems.

Answer: OK well it depends where you live because here in Canada it is $20ish dollars but if you live in the U.S. A then ya it's worth it. The products are really high quality and I havent had any bad products yet. But for me to live in Canada and pay almost $20 dollars, it's kind of pricey. So it really depends on you, where you live and your preferences. Hope this helped
Answer: We offer email support (help.ipsy.com), but if you'd prefer to call, you can leave a voicemail at (888) 769-4526 and a representative will call you back as soon as possible!

Answer: Rosi, I have been a subscriber for several months. They send samples of many different brands but not Lime Crime. Here are some of the brands: City Color, trestique, NYX, Luxie brushes, Pacifica, star looks, Bella Pierre, Dermelect, be a bombshell, dls, hey honey, Marc Anthony, Eva nyc, MOR hand creme, Clarks botanicals, Avance, epice, belif creme, REN creme, and peek, and Trust Fund. During the ten months I have been a subscriber, I have only received a handful of high end makeup samples: the Balm, tarte, and smashbox. Some people love ipsy, but my experience has shown me that a lot of times they send me products that I don't like or ones that don't match my "beauty profile". So I will probably cancel soon. The products are not counterfeit, though. If I were you, I would not subscribe to ipsy. Hope that helps! -Heather
