Experience with iPostal 1 has been good. Once I did get through to a person, they helped me right away and I was satisfied.

Every thing was great! It was my first time using them. CS walked me through the process, explaining everything for better understanding. The location explain the process of receiving my mail. I love it!

I did have an issue with a typo initially, but so far so good. The team is fairly quick to reach out.

Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at [email protected] about next steps.

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. If forms are submitted, they are reviewed and approved if in order. If you did file forms, they should have been approved so your mail could be received, or you should have been notified about what is missing or incorrect.
