It's Unfortunate that I had to go through so many channels before I could reach somebody that could help with my account issue. The issue was simple. I was receiving all previous owners mail in my mailbox when I shouldn't have. I've been paid to have mail forwarded but I was under the impression was mine but found out later it was someone else's. Happily Though, customer service did in the end come to my aid and sort of the situation out. For that, I am grateful.
I asked them for re-scanning a letter as it was not perfect, they asked me to contact to mail center directly. I had to fight with the mail center for re-scanning. Ipostal1 is just an intermediary and not sure what value they are adding.

Sorry about the problems you described. We work closely with our centers to ensure that our standards of service and quality are maintained, and will, of course, follow up with your mail center.
If a mail content scan was not done correctly, you are entitled to have it re-scanned without an argument. We are here to help in situations like that. A customer service representative will follow up with you. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Soy nuevo en iPostal1, y me gustaría tener o encontrar información clara y concisa sobre envíos al exterior, para así elegir el la opción que más convenga. De momento doy 4 estrellas porque tenía un documento importante y necesitaba su reenvío al exterior, finalmente lo enviaron y sin más opciones lo recibí en un mes aproximadamente, pese a haber escrito al equipo de soporte de iPostal1.

Thanks for your review. Since you chose our a one-step ‘consolidate and ship’ task, there are fewer service options and no pricing information as would normally be displayed with a regular ship request of one package, since the price cannot be determined until after the multiple items are consolidated are re-packaged, weighed, and measured.
We offer ‘consolidate and ship’ as a convenience to customers who prefer not to do this in two separate steps by first requesting the consolidation and when that is completed, then submitting a second task to ship.
When done in two steps, we can and do show you the full list of carriers and service level options along with the price.

I chose a staples location and pick up is very convenient.
Easy to navigate. I have not had any issues with this postal service. I am happy to sign up with this.
There has been no mail so far, so nothing really to say.
Never have we received a complete voice message. Not once. Plus, when I gave 1 star it showed as 5 stars.
