When we came to pick up our mail we found out that iPostal returned all of our mail. They cited that they needed a form to receive our mail. The form was sent and received by them months ago. They are just thieves at this point. Collecting money for services not rendered.
Great company and very satisfied with the service.
The process was simple. I communicated when I would pick up an item that was shipped to us. When I arrived, my package was there and handed to me. It can't get easier than that unless the mailman puts it in the sort to be sent to my home.

Ever since switching to iPostal from our PO Box, I now know when mail is on the way. I have not had any issues with viewing our mail and choosing the options we need. So far so good.
This is a great option for people on the go that need a PO BOX and want to be able to see what mail they have from an app. If you need to go in, picking up is very easy as well.

I had to wait 10 days for the first scan order, and then an email client told me I was understaffed. The second time the shredding order was sent out, which was faster, and it took two days to wait. The third time it took two days to execute the abandonment order.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. Answer: Hi Maxine, Thanks for your question. Our Virtual Office phone line allows you to receive calls and voice mail messages, so you don't have to use your private phone for business. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at [email protected] about next steps.
Answer: Given your specific needs, it pays to do a little homework before deciding which state or city will work best for you. Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized and filed with proper ID’s. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. If forms are submitted, they are reviewed and approved if in order. If you did file forms, they should have been approved so your mail could be received, or you should have been notified about what is missing or incorrect.
Our records show that we did email your about your 1583 forms. We will look into your situation further.
