Consistent notifications and follow-up on all packages

Just started the service and no issues thus far…I appreciate the ability to have a remote address

Good service but the interface need to be more modern et ergonomic

When we came to pick up our mail we found out that iPostal returned all of our mail. They cited that they needed a form to receive our mail. The form was sent and received by them months ago. They are just thieves at this point. Collecting money for services not rendered.

Great company and very satisfied with the service.

The process was simple. I communicated when I would pick up an item that was shipped to us. When I arrived, my package was there and handed to me. It can't get easier than that unless the mailman puts it in the sort to be sent to my home.

I love everything about this experience. The keep me updated with everything. My experience has been great.

Ever since switching to iPostal from our PO Box, I now know when mail is on the way. I have not had any issues with viewing our mail and choosing the options we need. So far so good.

This is a great option for people on the go that need a PO BOX and want to be able to see what mail they have from an app. If you need to go in, picking up is very easy as well.

The mail service operates as expected. The location is organized and the staff are friendly.

IPostal1 has been a godsend for us in Guam. Unfortunately, my family lives in an area that does not get regular USPS mail delivery. IPostal1 Net has been a way for us to not only receive our USPS mail but also packages from Amazon. I am happy with the service.

I received a letter, this is my first use of iPost and I did not know how to do it, I sent an email to customer service, received a response within an hour with an explanatory video and was able to read the content of my mail and download it, just excellent. Thank you.

Notified item shipped. But weeks later still nothing delivered.

I had to wait 10 days for the first scan order, and then an email client told me I was understaffed. The second time the shredding order was sent out, which was faster, and it took two days to wait. The third time it took two days to execute the abandonment order.
