I am happy that I found iPostal. Great alternative to USPS Postal Boxes & cheaper. I love my $9.99 a month Plan, I love that I can have packages sent to a safe, secure location without the risk of it possibly being stolen by porch pirates! IPostal has been a blessing & I plan to stick with them for a very long time. I have even told other people about iPostal1 who have been having issues with packages being delivered to their home addresses & they've sound very interested in possibly signing up to. Thank You iPostal for creating this great alternative to mail delivery.
Fine for what I need but a little high priced. I wish there was a per piece price. I will only get a package or two sent here maybe once or twice every 6 months or so.
This is a new service and they had to shake out some of their bugs. But that was no problem because each of the people who work here is thorough, attentive, and helpful. I could not ask for it to be any better.
Great service, I just wish you didn't have to schedule pickups if you have mail awaiting you.

Most mail centers appreciate customers scheduling a pickup in advance so that they can have your mail ready when you come into the store. That helps the mail center be more efficient and saves you time.

Had an issue with one of the locations going out of business. However, staff member was able to transfer my account to another location. Smoothly
Exactly as billed and staff is always very helpful and friendly. I pickup my mail at the location and have not tried forwarding services.
I'm happy with iPostal1 in general; my only complaint was that when I first signed up you completely lost a letter addressed to me from Germany. It happened because when I selected a nearby Staples store as the location of my mailbox, Staples did not clearly disclaim that the store did not accept international mail. When I was trying to track that letter after it was a month late, I asked people at my Staples store, including the manager, what had happened, and I even asked specifically if it might be that there was some problem with the fact that it was an international letter, and the Manager and an employee in charge of handling iPostal1 mail assured me that of course the store accepted international mail and there was absolutely no reason I shouldn't have received a letter from Germany. So you can imagine my frustration when (1) I later learned that in fact Staples stores DON'T accept international mail, (2) Staples corporate management never made that fact clear to its own store employees and managers, (3) I still have not received that letter from Germany, and (4) no one at iPostal1 or Staples has still been able to give me any suggestion where it may have ended up; no one knows what the procedure is when a store that does not accept letters from Germany receives one. I never even got any notice that they had not accepted a letter addressed to me or that the letter had received or processed in any way. Was it handed back to USPS, or what? And how could I claim it if not at my Staples store iPostal1 mailbox? So anyway, when I was finally told by the third or fourth iPostal1 Customer Care representative that my store definitely wouldn't accept international mail, I switched my iPostal1 mailbox to another location with her help. That fixed the problem, but obviously too late for the letter that never got to me.

Very good experience and no issues. They will forward you the mail to the address of your choice as well or shredded if you no longer wanted.

I really like the virtual mailbox your company has provided for people. Its a great service. Only one thing I wish you offered. A more transferable address. Because when i got the services I lived closer to the pack and ship store its at. Now I live on the opposite side of the city and it takes me at least 45 minutes to hour to get to it. And there is a store with the service closer to me now. But I still love the service you offer.
Tech Support is generally very helpful and responsive. But, I have to rely on them too much... the App is really bad. Simply allowing a photo to be rotated would be great. And then invoicing process is non existent -- charges just appear on the credit card. But Staples is where we pickup our mail -- they have some blame, too -- but mostly because this seems really new and requires staff their to be conscientious about how they do things (take the time to do it right, not easy). And then the staff have to use an App to let me pickup mail, but that App is terrible, too... I think everything would be so much better with some money spent on UI and App design.

I have a small business, and wasn't feeling comfortable using my home address … thanks to ipostal, I didn't have to put my personal address on shipping labels, this makes me feel 100% safe sending out orders!

I've had ipostal for a couple months and had never actually picked up my mail. This is because I had to have an address form notarized over video chat (due to covid), and my address on my license wasn't current (due to covid) so I just ignored the warnings. I went into pick up mail and was first informed my card had been declined (I cancelled card waiting for replacement) and I needed the address form to pick up. The lady that helped me was amazing. We got my payment info updated, addresses confirmed, and a stack of mail in my hand. Thanks ipostal!

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at [email protected] about next steps.

Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.

Thanks for your review. Our strategy is to offer great service at the lowest monthly mailbox fee possible. $9.99 per month is a great value for a digital mailbox. Most PO boxes at your local post office cost twice that amount without the benefits of digital mailbox service. We then charge customers only for the optional services they choose, like shipping, scanning mail content, or mail pickup.
