I had the sevice 3 Months never received my mail.

The manager of the Copy shop told me the post office was having problems. I payed for 3 months and got nothing. When i canceled i asked for a refund the CSR said i was lying. I am very disappointed and wouldn't recommend the service

Can't send mail to this address. Mail has been returned to sender. Would not recommend. Setup was a challenge.

Every 3 days I get a message saying I have expired my 30 day limit on mail. I pick up my mail and make sure it's cleared, but I am still charged a fee. This happens every week. It's not fair Im being overcharged for using this service

Meets expectations. They must improve the data that is sent to notarize. If it is a company, they must fill in the company data as well

I was looking for an online post office site and after lots of research this one was the clear winner. Fast, easy to use, great responses. And you can physically pick up letters IF you choose. Highly recommended. My only note would be to spruce up the UI to make it a bit more attractive to the eyes. It feels a bit too old school Microsoft.

I had a few packages delivered I picked em up, there was a nominal fee to pick up my packages I wasn't aware of at first but it beats having them delivered to nobody and never getting them

Easy once the verification process was complete. Wish there was an even lower cost option for low volume usage. I need it for a vanity address and to legitimize my business and have no real mail coming in and paying $39.99 I think it should be more like $9.99 for my purposes. Can you all look into that? Otherwise, other than pricing, all good so far.

Lookup site is user friendly and rates are reasonable for what we need.

Very polite office, online access is great. I can see who sent me a mail and have about a month to pick it up at my basic rent.

IPostal is a convenient postal solution for my small business. My business is mostly virtual, so having a physical post office works well for business formation records, and is efficient when I travel and still need my mail processed. Thank you.

What I like about iPostal 1 is that they will notify you every time you received a mail
And if you want them to forward the mail to you they will do it for less fee.

I love it no complaints and everything has been really smooth

Fee to pick up packages was a surprise. Free shipping but then $2 to pick it up from Staples.
I'm sure the site tells you somewhere but I didn't know until I picked up packages. Now have to ship to Amazon Hub. Not a big deal, just annoying.

It is great for a virtual but I was shocked I had to pay to get each piece of mail.

No complaints as of yet you guys have been great to me at pick up let along if I was to call for any information regarding my box. I appreciate it and thank you.

Helpful staff. So far, so good. I have yet to use some features such as scan or shred.
