With iPostal I have a professional address and can easily pick up mail as needed. I have had it now for a couple months and have no complaints.
I decide to sign up for this service because it was better overall than using a PO Box (which doesn't accept FedEx and other deliveries). The location is perfect for my commute to work. So far I haven't encountered any missing parcels.
The service I use is partnered with a Staples officer retail store. I'm apparently the only customer for this service there which is a little concerning as different sales associates often struggle to find or process my mail uniformly.
My recommendation for them to improve service quality and mitigate potential missing packages they need to create documentation for the other sales associates to follow when the primary staff is available.
The service is just what I need. The email notifications and online portal give me the timely and detailed control I need over incoming mail. The team is efficient and responsive. In short, I am very satisfied with the service.
This is the first time using a mail service and it did take me a while to figure out everything that was offered, as well as how to manage everything. It's probably user error, but I ended up with some unnecessary fees. However, now that I am figuring things out, I'm sure that will improve.

With the exception of the charges for small packages that I pick up within 24 hours, I'm very happy with the service.
The experience was seamless without difficulty. I love having a business address.

This service is extremely convenient for online shopping (where I don't want to give my real address) or for when we are away.

Staples employees have a hundred things to do and are not experts on the USPS or iPostal1. This is a hurdle that will be overcome with time and experience.

I only needed my mailbox for a short time, and needed something affordable that I could rent and ship from. This was perfect. It was affordable, worked well, and the ability to cancel any time made it work for me. It was a lifesaver and I would definitely rent again if I needed to ship internationally. I highly recommend them!

The manager of the Copy shop told me the post office was having problems. I payed for 3 months and got nothing. When i canceled i asked for a refund the CSR said i was lying. I am very disappointed and wouldn't recommend the service
Can't send mail to this address. Mail has been returned to sender. Would not recommend. Setup was a challenge.

If mail arrived before your Form 1583 was approved, then the mail center cannot accept your mail from the USPS. Our mail centers have no choice but to comply with the USPS regulations, which require that the identity of any mailbox holder be verified before mail can be accepted.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at [email protected] about next steps.

Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.
