So far, I am very happy with iPostal1 service. I wish I didn't have to call to schedule a pick though.
I've enjoyed my experience so far and look forward to the future.
Every time I arrive at my iPostal I'm agitated due to the previous experience— missing packages, email notifications AFTER I pickup prompting wasted trips, staff asking me things they should know ++.
I regret not trying a different service, before establishing this as my business mailing address. I'll likely be looking for a dependable service at my earliest convenience.
Great for home business, just starting out and using basic virtual address. No issues, and I can see mail online.
Its okay for now. I don't like how the address looks for my business. It doesn't sound like a brick and mortar business.

Not using my promotional materials and have big completed marketing materials with new address. Until then, I have not used the services as of yet to offer an opinion.
Very professional and pleasant. The lady who was at the front assisted me and also showed me how to navigate through the app.
The employees of staples (which is where my mailbox is) just don't care at all. They will leave you standing there even when they see you waiting, they will ignore you, half of them have no idea what iPostal even is. You'll tell them you're simply there to pick up your iPostal mail and they'll say they don't know how to do that, what is that?, Let me call my manager, I can't do that, etc. It's always an excuse, and it's just not something that staples cares about. IPostal is great, the Staples employees make it an absolutely awful experience every single time.
It's a mail service. They send you pictures of your mail to discard, forward, or hold till you pick it up.
It's been ok and I don't have the time to type in 50+ characters!
Decent experience. Tried to get all the items bundled together, but was charged a separate fee. I'm sure there was a bit of user error, and I hope I can figure out how to throw all mail into one envelope next time.

This was my original post:
"I received a piece of mail at Ipostal1. I asked to have it sent to me. A week later I saw that it had been returned to Ipostal1. (I recognized the type of envelope they use.) I called the store to request it be resent to me, but the employee couldn't find it in my file. I waited to see if someone had already resent the mail, but it never arrived. I put in a complaint with Ipostal1 asking for help finding this mail. I was told it was "escalated" and that someone would look into it. I never heard another thing."
After posting this, I received an email explaining what had happened to the piece of mail and that it had been re-sent to me. I have received it. Thank you Staples for fulfilling your promise to me and thank you Sitejabber for expediting the process.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at [email protected] about next steps.
Answer: Given your specific needs, it pays to do a little homework before deciding which state or city will work best for you. Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.

It is very uncommon for mail to go missing. Our locations are certified by the USPS as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency, that receive and manage mail securely and professionally.
