Great service and the products offered copliment a business office setting away from the office in a moable capacity.
I benefited from one of their services, namely to receive my various mails and it was great.
Price is Right. They will hold your mail after 30 days for a fee. The fee for letters okay. Temporarily working in a different part of the state, I have nowhere to send my mail so It can get a little expensive.
Very Happy. To navigate on the website was easy to do and the instruction was clear. Would highly recommend any small business.
Collecting the mail works but the delivery time is not really quick so if you are waiting for important documents it is stressful. Plus, twice I tried the 'scan the document' option and the scanner was out of order. I am disappointed in the service even though the assistants at UPS are courteous.

The package to be forwarded to me arrived at the facility and they sent me a notification immediately. I created a shipment request, and the package was in the mail to me the next day, arriving in good time at my location. I can't ask for more than that.

On a Monday I tried to make an appointment to pick up mail later that day. The online app does not allow the customer to make same-day appointments, which is, you know, insane. There was an urgent need to get the mail, and I was scheduled to leave town early the next morning so HAD to pick it up that day. I phoned the facility and was told to just make an appointment for any day and they would honor it when I arrived. That's what in fact happened. Good on them for being responsive. So, why would your app not allow same-day pick up appointments? Please figure out how to improve that.

When you schedule a pickup it enables the mail center to prepare your pickup in advance, so service is faster and done correctly. Since it does take time and labor to process a task, we want to make sure the mail center has enough time to complete the tasks at hand.
However, as you learned, if for some reason you can’t schedule a pickup in advance, you can just drop in and the mail center will process the pickup task for you.

I've been using iPostal1 for about 2 months now. So far it has been exactly what I needed and gives me the flexibility needed in my business!
I think the service is great. It would be very useful for some. I don't use it much because it's pretty expensive. There's small charges for every little thing, some of which I feel should come with the monthly fee. Otherwise, it's nice. It does come up as a post office for some services

Our strategy is to charge the lowest monthly mailbox fee possible and then charge customers only for the optional services they choose, like shipping, scanning mail content or mail pickup.
We believe this is the fairest way to price, so people who don’t need optional services do not subsidize the people who do.

Our experience has been great. Emails notifying we have mail and I'm able to use the app to view pictures. Scheduled pickups have gone smoothly. We have not yet had to have mail shipped out of state to us but that will be coming soon.
This is a convenient service that suits my postal needs.
I bought a postal address for my business so that people wouldn't have my home address and it preforms as expected. I love it.

Great location, great experience. So convenient and don't have to worry about mail being left at my door. Very nice to be able to see what I got and let them know they can keep or get rid of it. Bye Bye junk mail. By the way, that doesn't count against you.
They make it really easy to have a virtual mailbox. They offer phone and fax numbers as well. I love being able to see my mail before I pick it up and I can have them open and scan the contents if I don't want to go in person. This service really helps me run my business.
