This was a very simple and quick experience. I received my order and am not completely satisfied with the watch...the face of the watch makes it hard to read. Don't get me wrong...I love my other two Invicta watches. Just not so much with this one
I purchased for watches. For immaculate wonderful watches. I do have sad to say a problem with one of them I went to unscrew the adjustment and it popped how about in my hand, and I know that's not supposed to happen. I've tried calling, and I keep getting the runaround. A brand new watch. All I ask is, that it be replaced and I can't even get that done.

The first one that came to me was that of a man and it arrived very well a week later that of a lady arrives and that one arrived out of place and with a brilliant out of place but I did not return it although I arrive damaged take it to a jeweler that will hit the sparkly.
