I was happy with everything, but price.
There was a watch that I was waiting to go on sale and when it did, it ran out of stock fast. I contacted CS to find out if they would get more? They very quickly sent me link to purchase one, only I had to pay full price.
I had issues ordering online and missed a special offer. The issue was with the system and not mine. Since it was a system issue I should have been granted the opportunity to get the special price.
F- you sent me a used watch. All the plastic had been removed from the watch, even off the face and back of the watch. Even the paper work that came in the box had been removed and put back in the box.
Overall I like the services but the only issue I have is I ordered two items and 1 came no issues the other one has been in a ship status according to your website for awhile but I have not received a tracker # or anything...so that tells me it has not been shipped? So I think that issue needs to be better rectified for the customer. Thanks

The models of this Brand are amazing
I really like Invicta watches, my problem is the bands are too large, understandable since people are different sizes. I wish a tool was included with the watch to remove a link or two or be able to change out the bands instead of paying $40+ for a whole kit most of which I don't need, or take it to a jeweler and pay them to fix it. I am unable to wear it until I do something.
