Having the store is a nice thing to have because of the wide range of watch styles you have. Other places have some but not all. Your people are curious and pleasant.
The only problem I have with Invicta is not being able to buy parts for my watches without sending the watch in and letting service repair people do it. I live on Social Security and have to watch my budget close. Plus I'm not a qualified repair man on watch's but can do a lot of things to save money on repairs on other watches. That is what I do for hobby. I buy small lots of 5 to 50 watches and repair them if possible. Then I give them to friends or give them to charity's I can very often fix 70 to 80% of the watches. Other than the part buying issue I like Invicta very much. I'm small time compared to some. I only have 7 Invicta's

I have purchase several Disney Invicta watches from Invictastores.com. Each order has been filled properly, well packed and received in a "timely" fashion. The Invicta Disney Collection is beautiful. I am constantly getting compliments on these watches from both Disney and non-Disney lovers alike. People know a good watch when they see one. Invictastores.com delivers a quality product at a competitive price. Would like to see a little "extra discount" to loyal, return customers though. Just saying.
This time i got faster delivery than before.
I get one suggestion, pls make the customer service phone call easier to contact than this. So far, from my experience, it's hard to contact your online services, i'd have to dial almost 10 times to get the pick up call.
My overall experience was good I ordered 2 watches but upon receiving them I was not happy with one of them. I called so I could return it and they were extremely helpful and simplified the shipping of the watch back to them with a print out free shipping post it page now I hope my refund goes through nice and easy as well.

The watch looks very nice online. The watch that I received looks a bit cheap and you can hardly see the design on the metal. The watch is an anniversary gift and I was really thinking about sending it back but I figure my husband can wear it to work.
