My name is Waldir Pereira Alves Junior and I am a customer of Invicta.stores.com and I have already placed the following orders: *******, *******, *******, ******* and order ******* is on its way.
But yesterday, 30/10/2019 I received the order product *******.
AIC-******* Certified Pre-Owned Invicta Venom Mens Quartz 56mm Case - Model AIC-*******
As per attached photos, the watch came without any plastic shielding around the watch and the glass, dirty as if it had been worn, with the paint on the bracelet peeling off.
The box came without the manual and was also dirty and the inside with a totally crooked seam, as photos.
The bracelet has a joint problem.
The inner lining of the box is dirty.
The background paint is fading as photos.
Note: All other watches I received came in perfect condition or immaculate, but this product was totally out of Invicta brand standard.
I'm bringing Invicta watches because as I research, the company's standard is for product perfection and quality and great customer service.
I have no way to present the watch I received to a customer, honestly I think there was some mistake at the time of purchase and sent me the product that should be exchanged parts and boxes and sent me anyway.
I paid for this product $ 169.34 for a new product and not for a used product.

My experience took a while to process. When I contacted customer service the call was disengaged at exactly 4:30 PM midstream of our conversation. I think the practice of disconnecting the call with a service rep because your office shuts down at 4:30PM Sharp! Is disrespectful to the customer.
It was good and I didn't wait long for my watch.

Smart simple and easy
The service of invicta is very great and i recieved all of my watches on time and they are great quality. The watches look identical to the picture shown and it looks even better in person
The watch I received has a noticeable flaw in the glowing paint used on the dial (bubble/black dot). It is very annoying to see constantly however Invicta is notorious for their horrible customer service so I have decided just to let it go.
